  1. Even I have to hand him that one. That was good. What's the deal against the Bills?
  2. I just can't help it Rich. I've been pissed ever since November 19th. Reggie could have went out a champion, instead he got hosed by the NBA and their front office.
  3. I sat in 337 in about that general area at the Chargers game in '02. It wasn't too bad actually. I just want to see everyone again, where I sit isn't important. Thanks Jay.
  4. No just David Stern and his group of low lifes in the front office.
  5. So we have NBA haters and Pacer haters uniting to trash this thread. Reggie is my favorite pro player of all time. He's a legend of the game and it's sad that the NBA screwed him out of a ring this year. The Pacers will dominate next season when they can field their true team.
  6. I was able to attend game 5 of the 1999 Eastern Conference Finals at Market Square Arena. It ended up being the last important game there. The Knicks won that game and then closed out Indiana in game 6. It sucked, but the atmosphere was awesome. Unlike any sporting event I've ever been to.
  7. I hope everything goes well for Mary. The same for you Cindy.
  8. I thought it was excellent. Much better than the previous episodes and I think it stands right alongside the first trilogy. Nice work Mr. Lucas.
  9. Trying to organize a tournament here was almost impossible. Everyone jumped on it just like they are now, but when push came to shove these were the issues. 1. The time. 2. The date. 3. Not everyone wanted to download the software. It ended up being a waste of time. tgregg99 and I ended up in a 20 dollar sit and go (which I won EZC) which was fun but not as fun as a TBD tourney would have been.
  10. I've said it before and I'll say it again. The jersey will not be a direct copy of the '65 uni. It will be some futuristic version with a touch of old school in it. They will go for something "cool for the kids". I'd love to see a direct copy of the '65 uni, but I don't see it happening.
  11. Roy Williams is a great coach. He finally has the championship to go with his reputation. He was a lot like Dean Smith in how it took him a long time and several Final 4 trips to do it, but they both got it done and now his legacy is secured. Roy's best KU teams never even went to the Final 4. The 96-97 team was his best and got knocked out early by Arizona who went on to win it all. That shows you how hard it is to win the NCAA. Roy will do fine at UNC and they are better for having him.
  12. You are such a saint. I think I'll just ignore from now on, it's easier to do than to have to listen to your drivel on a daily basis.
  13. In this case yes. My grandfather is about to die as well. Anything derogatory for me today?
  14. Almost as moronic as harrassing someone about losing a loved one huh? Look in the mirror before you start slinging insults my way buddy.
  15. Why would I want to work for a guy named 'Ol Whitey? How should I go about working on my honesty? It doesn't sound like I came off as sincere.
  16. Hi, it's Ron again. I've been trying to improve myself and make myself a better person and now that everyone saw my interview on ESPN last night, I was just wondering what steps I could take to do that? My team really did a number on the Pistons last night though. It's just too bad I wasn't out there to do a number on their fans.
  17. That whole group were bad seeds. I will give Roy some props though, he did a great job turning two very selfish basketball players (McCants and Felton) into team players. That was the biggest thing this year for them.
  18. I think that those waiting for the '65 throwback unis are going to be dissapointed. I have a feeling that these unis may be like a futuristic throwback. If that makes sense at all.
  19. Trent Reznor has stated many times (most recently in an MTV interview currently on their site) that he will quit recording "under the title Nine Inch Nails" when he feels the music is no longer relevant. If the individual members of the Rolling Stones were still doing music that's one thing, but to sit there in your mid sixties under that title and charge 500 dollars a show when you aren't the same band you were when you were making quality music is obsurd and a flat out rip off. If they really cared about their audience they would have retired to solo projects a long time ago. They are wealthy beyond belief. It's time to hang them up.
  20. Any time the Bills promise a "major" announcement the day before it happens, you can pretty much assume that they are hiring a new janitor or something.
  21. Cochise was an excellent first single off of the debut album and the rest of the album was excellent as well. I hope that Be Yourself is not very representitive of the album.
  22. I love Audioslave but I really don't like the first single off the new cd. I think it's boring and lacks the energy I'd like to hear from the band.
  23. Yeah I agree. Those thugs from Detroit are a disgrace.
  24. Actually he'll be 40 on May 17th. And I don't think he's going to be writing records at 60. The music will no longer be relevant. The Stones should have done what Trent will do.
