This game tonight has a small shot of getting rained out........that would be HORRIBLE news for Cardinals fans as it resets Houstons rotation. Clemens could pitch the makeup game tomorrow and then Oswalt and they would be ready for games 6 and 7. NO RAIN NO RAIN NO RAIN!!!!!

For someone like me it is an "investment." I hate to be so matter of fact about it, but when I go to a game it costs me a few hundred bucks each time. Hotel, gas, etc. I'm going this weekend. When you spend almost a grand on season tickets plus another 1500 or so coming to games, that's an investment. And unfortunately last year and again this year, this team SUCKS and I have spent a lot of money watching them suck. I will still go to a few games, but I'm not going to commit to games I might not go to when the team is 0-8.

Man I'm going to take a bath on the rest of these tickets........ Thanks Tom........... There is NO WAY I invest in season tickets next year, I will come to a few games, but I will have a waller get me tickets, because this team isn't worth investing season tickets on, period.

LOL Nah...... I just think that the ratings are scewed by not having a larger group of people in on it. I mean, if they have 250,000 people doing it, most likey they are the ones in the major TV markets. Well, that doesn't tell me what the rest of America is watching. I mean, if you monitored Indiana durring college basketball season you would see that about 80 percent of televisions are tuned into the Hoosiers games. Just stuff like that that doesn't add up for me. Not that I give two craps one way or the other, I just think they are skewed.

Thos ratings are stupid. Unlees they monitor a LARGE portion of the country it isn't going to ever be accurate.

Well I hope that Morris comes out and pitches well tonight, he has been VERY inconsistant this year. He gives up lots of homers too, that's not a good thing against the 'Stros.

If we win tonight I think it goes 5 (maybe 6). I think we will get to either Clemens or Oswalt down in Houston and then bash their game 5 starter.

Their rotation is screwed up for this series. They had Backe pitching last night, Munro pitching tonight, Clemens, then Oswalt in games 3 and 4, then they probably Backe in Game 5, but then Clemens and Oswalt on 3 days rest or just Clemens on 4 days rest if it went to a game 7, not sure who would pitch for them in game 6 in that scenario though, Munro again probably.

I think the Yankees will get the job done. If they don't, they didn't deserve to be on the same field as the Cardinals anyways. I want to beat the "best" though. I don't want to face the Angels or some team like that, if we are going to win, I want to beat NY.

I don't really like to wait, but I'm not a GTA junkie either. That's about the only game XBox owners have to wait for. Once it comes out it will be better then the PS2 version.

Yep I won't be able to get it until it comes out on XBox, which is fine with me actually, the graphics will be better and the game will be better.

Brandon Backe is actually the one pitcher that pitched WELL for them last night. They made a mistake pulling him out when they did. Their bullpen is what will cost them the series.

If Pedro becomes a Yankee I'm sure you will all sing his praise after despising him for years. I've heard some of the WORST things said about Pedro from Yankees fans. It would SICKEN me to see him in NY. Good win tonight though, the Sox are done.
