Physically speaking yes, however mentally and emotionally no. There are many kids of both genders that are mind!@#$ed because of being victims of statutory rape. As a teacher in GA, if I slept with anyone under 21 that is still in high school, my ass would be getting carted off to jail. Right now I am 24, and 20 is not that far away, but I know that no kid is worth me losing my job and going to jail. I'll admit as a teacher at the high school level, it can be hard to differentiate professionalism from looking at an 18 year old senior in that way. However, I know better. That said anyone who looks at 13 year olds that way has some major issues.

I am going to disagree, I feel that an earlier introduction to alcohol and the other potential evils of life tends to create more responsible drinking as one gets older. The fact that the drinking age is 21 has caused more alcohol related deaths and injuries in the high school colllege aged demographic. Instead taking rights away from otherwise legal adults (18-21), we should be giving the message that we trust our young adults as opposed to restricting their rights. The raising of the drinking age has turned 90% of our college students into criminals.

good analysis, I think Whitner would receive higher marks if the Bills had a decent pass rush. Also, Whitner's versatility has been incredibly useful when injuries have occured. This season when a few of the corners were down, the Bills had Whitner playing corner, while Scott and Ko would play deep. There were a few times where Scott and Whitner started together with Whitner at Strong and Scott at Free, and vice versa.

I agree that there should be a playoff tourney like I-AA, D-II, and D-III have. All of them have 16 team tourneys where the conference champs on major conferences go, and a few of the higher ranking teams that didn't win their conferences. I-AA is upping their tourney to 20 teams which would weed out the weaker conference champs and have the top 10-14 ranked teams left (barring upsets). This means that the top 12 would have a bye. This where I think I-A should be at. If you start the tourney on the second week of december. You can end the tourney in the middle of January. I understand that ending the playoffs in January can be problematic. So, you can either shorten the season (focus on academics), or start the season earlier.
