being a former teacher in Atlanta, it is unfathomable how much the parents blamed me for their kids misbehavior in class or not turning in basic algebra homework. Scary thing is that when we had a sexual deviant in office (Potus)teen pregnancies went down, unfortunately during the 2000's the rate went back up into rates that were seen in the 80's. I have taught in 3 years of being in the classroom 9 girls that were pregnant during their middle school or high school experience. Only 1 of them was mentally in a state where she was close to ready for such responsibilty. She also happened to be the only one that passed my class out of those 9.

when i lived down in atlanta, I never met a bunch of people that couldn't hold their liquor like what i saw down there. I am no lush, but I can down 6-12 depending on my mood during a football game or a party nite. I would see guys wussing out after 2 beers frequently down there. I mean they would self-impose a cut off at half too often and I'd look at them like they were complete pussies. How Atlanta ranks ahead of Buffalo baffles me.

i think you missed the point sphere of beer. Think of the rules kinda like hockey: If tied you go to Overtime, at the end of two 15 minute halves, It goes to penalty kicks where each team alternates through 5 rounds of penalty kicks, If still tied it keeps going until one team scores and the other doesn't for that given round of penalty kicks.

Well, you just go with Sales Tax instead, which would screw the poor and favor the rich, unless you have some prebate like "the Fair Tax". That said, there is far too much police enforcement costs, especially with the ridiculous amounts of OT they pull in. It is the worst when you have officers before they retire pull in so much OT so their retirement pension is so far above and beyond what the average person gets at the taxpayers expense. In suburban areas, the cops are far too often there for generating revenue for the town. Instead of protecting and serving the public good, they are serving the gov't bureaucracy by stomping on the taxpayer for minor infractions or made up ones. Hell I had Monroe County Sheriffs pull me over for picking up my boss from the Rochester Airport, they pull me over with 4 cars for 2 of us, and they give me a ticket for "blowing a stop sign". 2 cruisers proceeded to tail me from the Airport back to Brockport. Moral of the story, police will make up something to give you a ticket and harass you if they think you can't do anything about it. Oh yeah, a couple officers were suspended because my boss had her video camera on for the duration of them stalking me for 20 miles.
