this is a messed up year for sports. the best baseball players are busted for roids, the bosox finally win one. the NHL just refused pretty good offer by the players association. and the bills are pretty close to having one of the greatest recoveries ever to make the playoffs

i think i'll go back to the original topic of this thread. i am a division 3 college track runner up and Suny brockport. I have medaled at relays and hurdles the past couple years. Also i have competed in a decathlon last year. I am not the greatest at my level but i bust my arse to get better.

i think it is sad that the bills defense didn't get nominated cuz that is the best ground performance of the weekk (i'm saying this to be an @$$)

I currently run a sub 4.5 time. but a 4.15 is beyond amazing, that is world class there. randy moss ran 4.18 at Fla St. and is still in that range. but according to testing last year, the two fastest players in the league were dante hall and antonio brown (yes the chump we cut) and they both ran 4.18-.19.
