SB. Thank you Notre Dame and Cleveland for swiping away the coordinators from them obnoxious Pasties fans. Without those coordinators, Belichick's teams will have to adjust to new schemes and new methods of coaching. It can be argued that belichick will not be able to upgrade over Weis and Crennel. Plus, The Pasties will not be able to retain such depth forever as some are bound to retire and others will look for more greenbacks. Also, injuries will occur making this depth more important. The Bills should be able to play the Pasties pretty well next year as long as Drew doesn't fall apart (a big ?) or concede the season away to the development of JPL. Just remember that next year anything could happen, like brady just turning crappy ala Mark Rypien.

TD won't cut DB, due to the cap ramifications but TD couldl restructure his contract to be more cap friendly, thus creating space to sign Phat Pat or Jennings Bringing in Harrington would likely damage JP's morale and confidence. So, it would be pointless to bring in a young QB to challenge him, instead an established older QB would be the better solution. Since we have one of those QB's in DB it would be unneccessary to get another such QB

I'm too a big fan of Euhus and Campbell. We have to hope that they recover from their surgeries to 100%. DB lost a true #3 receiver after that as Trafford and neufeld are not good receiver and no backup WR's were able to divert attention away from Lee Evans and Eric Moulds. I think that Euhus will develop into a good TE so i find that gettin a free agent TE will stunt his development.

alright, this is my theory here. in two of the games willis didn't start (jags and raidas) we would have won. consequnetly, the bills would have had momentumgoing into the JEts game and won that one. Possibly later on in the season the Bills would have played the Steelers better and potentially earned a bye

it takes time to learn a new system... and that is a good reason for lack of production in this first 6 games. I think next year will be more the 30+ points per game Bills should DB start.

i agree here... elway blew it in big games as much if not more than DB. Elway's rings were a byproduct of an improved line a stud at tailback and a solid defense. After Elway retired Griese was able to navigate the team to some decent seasons. I believe that DB can win the big one with a great team around him, as no QB can carry a crappy team all the way like a star point guard can carry a mediocre team through to the NBA finals. DB can certainly win if Dilfer, hostetler, and Rypien can win the Super Bowl.
