Indeed there are MM only put JP in the 4th quarter, because if JP was put in before then, the bills could not put Mathews or Bledsoe on the field. In other words, the third stringer is not allowed to play in the first three quarters unless the the first two QB's were knocked out of the game. upon the third stringers entrance into the game before the fourth quarter, the First and second stringers are unable to play for the rest of the game.

you think that the bledsoe trade was worse than RJ? we traded only a 1 for DB, we also traded a 4 for RJ. In the end, Bledsoe's performance wasn't bad enough to lose us games as we were close to .500 each year. RJ got hurt all the time and the one season that he was the primary starter we went 3-13 with AVP getting two of of those wins. SO the RJ by any aspect was much worse than the Drew trade

She should have called the non-emergency number for this. 911 services are for true emergencies, and every community w/ 911 (yes there are some that don't have it still) has another number that is for non-emergencies. the dispatcher did do the right thing by mentioning that her situation was not the highest priority and that the cops will take care of that when they are able to do so.
