  1. ok. I'll go with that. I really am curious to find out, just because he looked that fast when ran that botched punt last year.
  2. ok we are finding a common ground here. I have been tested at 4.47 on a track FAT(automatic) and hand time just under 4.6 in muddy grass. I grant you that i had good conditions for that 4.47. As a college hurdler i know that right conditions can add or take off so much time. As for moorman being the speed of deion, of course not. Deion's 4.28 on such a lsow surface is outright amazing. that being siad deion now may be able to run that time on a fast track with great conditions, even with his old age. everything is relative conditons and consistency of timing. With that in mind, i have to say that Moorman is definitely the fastest kicker in the league, and that he is without a doubt faster than quite a few receivers, and DB's. Umm as for Moorman strictly being a 400 hurdle guy. Moorman was an all- american 3 times at the 100 hurdles and twice at the 55 meter hurdles for indoor track. So your claim holds no water. pittsburg state all americans
  3. no... i run a sub 4.5 and and there is no way moorman is that slow. You are saying that moorman is as fast as aaron rodgers who ran a 4.75 in his pro day, which i find a little hard to believe as i do not believe rodgers will ever be able to outrun a defense for 30 yards let alone from 10 yds in the backfield. edit ben johnson was not the quickest out of the blocks as he was the best maintaining top speed. Just look how damn fast rod woodson was before he started to get old.
  4. Edwin moses you are kidding rite? that guy was lightning... besides some great hurdles have found success in the NFL (Rod Woodson, Marcus Allen) and the former world record holder renaldo nehemiah was in the league for a few years also. I honestly beleive that moorman is easily capable of of runnin a 4.3 based on hurdling being a sprint event where you have to have top flight speed to be successful and that mooman was 2nd place in the 110 meter hurdles at nationals his senior year. and deion was actually timed at 4.17 at FSU as Randy moss was a 4.18 IIRC, them guys both could have easily ran at the world class level if they could sustain such speed for another 55 yards.
  5. i give ya credit. i started out in july w/ an acoustic and there was a huge learning curve. i am learning the entire american idiot cd rite now. I have been learing more modern stuff and punk (wanting to dig up some good tabs on billy idol and the clash in a few weeks).
  6. nice list, however it ignores most anything the past 10 years. While there hasn't been as much as great guitar solos, there still some pretty good ones that were omitted.
  7. i hate to say it, he probably runs in the 4.2-4.3 range... he was pretty close to world class at 110 meter high hurdles, and even closer in the 400meter intermediate hurdles. i run around 4.45-4.5 and he was that much more explosive in college than i am. I would like to think that he wasn't used at any other position past high school and maybe was a soccer player in his youth, given that he isn't like tom tupa and used at two positions in the pros
  8. good call on samkon gado... he put up some good numbers
  9. jack white of the white stripes in seven nation army... while it may be newer than most of the stuff that you guys listen to, you should listen to that solo. Jack Whit is probably the best guitarist out there right now. The thing that holds him back is that he is not in a big time band and his sister is average at drums.
  10. Deeray i hate to break it to you but jamie nails wore 74 as a bill Bills All Time Roster
  11. Crowell deserves some mention also 16 tackles, 1 sack, and 1 pick.
  12. OMFG, that was a riot... maybe we could send something like this to the post whores of TSW ( imean that as in the ones that hijack a thread)
  13. when you're first concert was before a good chunk of the posters were born after that date (stojan included), you are starting to get up there... however, this is relative to how old you act.
  14. i'm glad i have had similar at brockport... there are some hotties up here, a few more dogs than hotties... but still some hotties.
  15. "I want the semen from a Cambodian immigrant, not Moroccan"... clips to another scene "That's one hundred percent Cambodian, dawg. "
  16. I have to say, look at what most coaches do for their young quarterbacks. Parcells made sure DB had a lot of short passes and screens called to minimize the sacks, and only went deep when DB had a little confidence in himself and in the system. The Colts did that for Manning also, as the Jests did for Pennington. All of these teams used their running games an awful lot to keep the quarterback from being overwhelmed (colts using faulk like crazy leading the league in receptions also). The Bengals used their running game a lot to help out Palmer also. Aside from Big Ben, Marcia Brady, and Shaun King, not other first or second year qb has been very respectable in their first year as starter. P.S. I had to mention King, because his best stats came in his rookie year with an 82 rating.
  17. good choices, i was gunna say super troopers (excellent low budget film) but i have to mention: Fear and loathing in Las Vegas Kung Fu Hustle Forrest Gump Catch me If you can (nothing against hanks, just didn't think they would be so good)
  18. well what would you do with the 103 pounder? break her in half I'll take the blonde... she looks strong enough, and looks like she'd be wild in bed
  19. i would take him for less than he is making now witht the stipulation that he shuts the hell up. if he doesthat he gets a bonus for it. if not, he gets released.
  20. the one where homer is driving the car and singing to the flinstones tune "homer, homer simpson, he's the greatest guy in history. from the town of springfield he's about to hit a chestnut tree"
  21. that Renee chick is smoking hott. I nominate her for tomorrow's Babe of the day.
  22. Culpepper has at least had him, Farve has had ok receivers, but besides brooks he hasn't had a great receivers.
  23. the only problem i have with this is that we either have wire or a rookie at strong or posey or stamer/haggan/rookie/low priority FA or at the Sam position
  24. DING !!! DING !!! DING!!! We Have a Winner!!!. Johnny tell Frez what he has won. "Well Bob, Frez has won a brand new car!!!"] I had to inject a little humor into today
  25. Albeit Edwards wasn't great or bad, i'd take him/anderson/sape over bennie anderson. he has been god awfulif they keep teague i could see preston playing LG and you'd want to draft a LT from there (or a C/G if you want to move teague back to his natural position). as bad as the D-line is, if the offense could move the ball with the line blocking like possessed madmen, the d wouldn't look so bad
