Goddamn those videos are gruesome. The one in florida was just, but seriously if they are down on the ground, let them regain themselves. Seriously, that is some crazy sh** for them to do it more than once. The case in LA is no surprise since cops in LA have a bad reputation to begin with. But there is not reason the use that much force three more times on a kid that was laying on the ground
