  1. Also, who was that tight end who painted his finger nails? He was a strange one too.
  2. Let's face it, you have to be little looney to play NFL football. The history of the NFL has seen many wacked out guys. I've always liked colorful characters like Deon and Randy. I mean, c'mon, who didn't like that afro on Moss!
  3. Not exactly Clint's "Go ahead...make my day." I must be old school on this one, trying to make this scrawny woman sound tough is silly to me.
  4. Yes she's a peice of you-know-what, but is anyone else sick and tired of seeing this skinny little chick beating the crap out of people? It's laughable. It's also not believable on any level yet I think I've seen about a thousand of the Alias and Electra commercials this last week.
  5. Wow those buildings are too tall. Reminds me of low income structures from the seventies. Couldn't they make the design more complementary to the natural landscape?
  6. I don't like the red sleeves. Too much color for me (reminds me of the spiderman outfit). But I think it's great that someone puts the time in to redesign a uniform! Cudos. I know I'm in the minority here, but I love the current uniforms.
  7. I don't remember seeing a jerky side to Polian. That's why it was confusing seeing the comments from the columnist. You and the media obviously have a different perspective than we do.
  8. That explains it.
  9. I read this article in the Indystar today and it's obvious the columnist can't stand Polian. I don't understand why a Colt columnist would have such distain for a man who helped drag his team from the NFL bottom dwellers. Does anyone know why the hatred of Polian here? http://www.indystar.com/articles/0/208754-9580-196.html "Second, understand part of the motivation. Vanderjagt dislikes Polian intensely, which gives us one thing in common. I can promise you, when Polian heard about this, his face turned a color somewhere between rose and magenta."
  10. Oh please. Football players are not alter boys. Remember Paul Horning? Lawrence Taylor? OJ Simpson (partied during football years)? And shall we believe that the members of the Bills Superbowl teams never ever dabbled in drugs??? Fans in glass houses... Leave Irvin alone, he did turn his life around. I even think he's very good on the NFL countdown.
  11. Theres a difference between ponying up cash and being mugged in the process. Jonas is simply not worth breaking the bank for. He's not one of the best tackles in the league and he gets hurts far too often. That being said, I hope we sign him to a fair deal. If he doesn't get signed then I hope we break the bank for Pace or Jones.
  12. It has a bearing because it's a huge locker room distraction. Their kicker just wrote a check his teamates now have to cash. If I was a member of the starting offense or defense I would want to rip his head off. I think these comments will have a bearing (distracting his team and prodding the Patriots) and will make their task that much more difficult.
  13. Exactly! Last week I saw a FOX pregame show skit where Terry Brashaw's DAUGHTERS went into his bedroom and started pulling out all of his underwear!!!! Meanwhile JB, Howie and Fat boy were talking to them like they were a couple of hookers (uhhh maybe it's because they were dressed like hookers). Of course they had the audacity to shake thier finger at Moss and act self rightous in their postgame show. Also, I guess Joe Buck doesn't watch the fox pregame show, or best damn sports show or temtation Island or...
  14. When's the last time a team used the number 4 pick on a right tackle? The myth would be to believe TD wanted him at right tackle his whole career. .
  15. I think the culprit of the situation TD is faced with (overpaying for Jennings) is Mike Williams inabilty to become the dominant tackle he was supposed to become. The plan was to get big Mike to switch over when Jennings wanted the big money in FA. That WAS the plan way back when, right? Now we applaud his "developing" into a very good right tackle. Mike Williams is screwing us with Jennings now looking to cash in. I seriously do not want the Bills to overpay on Jennings. He is a very good left tackle, but he is not dominating and he is hurt a lot. Do not pay him Ogden or Pace money.
  16. He lost me at the Steeler game. He can't make those mistakes at home, against scrubs, with the playoffs on the line. That is the worst loss I've seen in a long long time. We drafted the kid for a reason and fortunately we have a running game that will carry this team irregardless of who's at the controls. I really hope that JP can wrestle it away from Bledsoe.
  17. They didn't simply say that he did not belong in the Hall of Fame. They were absolutely appalled by the notion. Sorry man, but Moon and Simms are not even comparable to what Kelly did in the NFL. These two boobs will go on and on about Marinos and Fouts stats but when it comes to Kelly (who by the way has HOF stats) they say he couldn't win the big one. Well which is it? Because by my calculatiuons Jim has 3 AFC championships to king fish's 1, and 4 championships to Fouts' zippo. You can't cut it both ways without looking like you are biased, which is why it was a trash throw down. They've never liked Kelly or any of those Bills on that team.
  18. TD- I know this: Travis Henry is a good football player and a good back, and we're not going to give him away." Translation- Don't come-a-knockin' unless you have a 2nd rounder to offer.
  19. They were trashing him buddy. Mad Dog sounded disgusted that Kelly was in the Hall already and Fat Mike was comparing him to Phil Simms and Warren Moon. They both were clearly upset that he was in the HOF and this kind of reaction to a obvious HOFer (so obvious he was elected on the first ballot) was ridiculuos. This was trashing of the worst kind because it was 5% praise and 95% trashing his career. They were being condesending when they said Kelly was a "good" player and it was killing them to say that. They were even letting Steeler fans call in and trash him because he could never beat that team and they were agreeing with the moron. I don't know what you were listening to but I heard a tar and feather job. It was disgusting.
  20. They are the two top sportstalk guys in NYC. The station can be heard in NY, NJ, CN even parts of PA. Huge listener base.
  21. I guess competitive pricing and understandable tech support can not coexist. I guess this is what passes for the American spirit today. Get off it, you're not winning this argument.
  22. The morning guys (who think he's without question a HOFer) had Kelly on in the AM and after the interview started getting on Mike and the Mad Dog (afternoon guys) for suggesting he's no HOFer. So these knuckleheads took the bait and continued the topic by trashing Kelly's career.
  23. They equated Kelly's career with Phil Simms (that since Kelly is in then Simms should be) and said that Jim's a tad better than Warren Moon (now there's a big WTF)! They are making themselves look very ridiculous today.
  24. Saying is he's not even close to being a Hall of Famer. Hey fatheads, he led (understatement) a team to 4 Superbowls in a row. Next question.
