Titans RBs dropping like flies
1billsfan replied to Sound_n_Fury's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Where are all the "get anything we can" for Travis crowd??????? Please have the guts to post in this thread. Training camps have yet to start and teams already have runningback issues! At least this makes the preseason interesting beyond watching Losman chuckin the ball around. Thanks for sticking to your guns TD. -
Shelton is getting lots of attention
1billsfan replied to VABills's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Who has him rated with Jennings? Shelton was a failure with one of the worst teams in the league. -
I don't hate Travis because he was a Bills fan before he was a Bill and he always gave it his all. He just isn't the same caliber back as Willis. I see people more frustrated that he is still on the team knowing what a whiner he can be. I felt that Doug's play slipped terribly his final year here as a starter, yet for some reason he felt that he was still the "savior" of the team. I don't think he could have cared less about the Buffalo Bills fact being he was a New Englander though and through. Instead of a Jim Kelly who never put himself first, in Doug we saw an opportunist who was just trying to use the Bills to pump up his own legend.

Who is the toughest SOB on the Bills roster?
1billsfan replied to Frez's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Hands down, Willis McGahee. Anybody who comes back that strong after having his kneee disintegrated is an absolute monster. I can't wait to watch him this season. -
Bills 19th in ESPN Pre-Season Power Ranking
1billsfan replied to JÂy RÛßeÒ's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
Awwwww...did you get your feelings hurt???? Our QB coughed up 13 points skippy. Drew was reason 1, 2 and 3 why we lost. Our defense was reason number 4...just deal with it. -

Newsflash, Tommy Maddox is better than Big Ben. They won because of thier running game, not because of Ben Rothwhatever. -

Dredw Bledsoe cost us that game. Asking a defense to continually cover for a quarterback giving points away to a 14-1 team is begging for a loss. I STILL get a huge chuckle when guys like you blame that Pittsburgh game on our defense. -
I hate throwback jerseys and I think the Bills throwbacks are way too boring. It's just a stupid marketing ploy that I wish they would either drop or pick another game for. First game out of the gate and we're wearing throwback uniforms???? I think the JP's first start is enough excitement thank you very much.

Lets be honest here about 2005

7-3 is not asking a lot when you compare rosters of the teams on your list. The Bills are better than everybody except San Diego. -

Oh great...we have more than one Belichick in the league now?! -

Cincinatti??????? Pittsburgh???????? These are not "great" offenses, not by a mile. You should be sorry, the Bills have the better defense. You give credit to the lousy AFC North teams while giving our's a slap in the face. The AFC East is were "real" football is played. -

I like ours better, they're more balanced. It's very close though. I looked at their 2004 schedule and the Ravens did not face many juggernuat offenses in 2004: 3-20 L at CLE 30-13 W PIT 23-9 W at CIN 24-27 L KC great offense 17-10 W at WAS 20-6 W BUF 10-15 Lat PHI 27-13 W CLE 20-17 W at NYJ 30-10 W DAL 3-24 L at NE great offense 26-27 L CIN 37-14 W NYG 10-20 L at IND great offense 7-20 L at PIT 30-23 W MIA ...and of those great offenses they did not keep any of them under 20 points. -

If the Bills have an average performance at QB then they'll be a 10-6 team. I fully expect Losman to at least be average (I actually think he'll have an above average year). Your selling our team waaaaaay short there bud. Of the teams you listed I don't see one of them that has a better defense, special teams or runningback. Long shot??????? You need to take another look at the Bills roster. If they stay healthy, the Buffalo Bills snag at least a wildcard in 2005, maybe even the division. -
You just contradicted yourself.

Hmmm, just one thought after reading that article...June 1st Josh Reed is cut from the Buffalo Bills.
-
That's simple, because Bledsoe is no longer here. It changed the course of the Patriots and I think it will do the same for ther Bills.
-
http://buffalobills.com/team/depthchart.jsp Look at the Depth chart. I think they are looking for a long term solution and hope Peters steps up, Trey's contract is up after this season and they do not want another Jennings situation should Teague prove himself at OT. If Peters fails then I could see Trey make the move.
-
Jennings to Peters = downgrade / This is where we hope fore the best and be glad Losdman has wheels. Smith to Anderson = upgrade / Anderson looks like a solid pro here. Reed to Parrish = upgrade / Anyone is an upgrade to Josh "hands of stone" Reed. Bledsoe to Losman = upgrade / There is no way JP has a worse performance than Bledsoe's last 2 seasons, no way.

This guy's nailed it, check out the shots he takes at Arizona... Arizona: In last year's draft, Cardinals coach Dennis Green passed on Philip Rivers and Ben Roethlisberger. The 2004 result was quarterback chaos with three different Arizona starters combining to throw 13 touchdowns and 18 interceptions. In this year's draft, Green passed on Aaron Rodgers. Just a thought here -- quarterback is the most important position in football. It's about time someone had the balls to not fall over themselves congradulating Dennis Green and the Cards like the ESPN saps. They have Kurt Warner at QB and a midget second round runningback. Bravo Mr. Easterbrook!!

Fins' pick already being questioned
1billsfan replied to Sound_n_Fury's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
There are a lot of question marks picked over the weekend. Who was a "can't miss" player in that draft? This draft sucked beyond belief. I think it goes down as the worst crop of players to ever come into the league. -
When did TD disrespect other front offices

Yet we continuously see posts here with a link to this phoney football site. -
That's 1billsfan...and no, I haven't posted on that moronic think tank.

If the Arizona Cardinals were a dog, it'd be Paris Hilton's little B word.

Just got off the Cardinals message board looking for comments on Clement's release and they've completly lost it, here's one card fan... Bills, Man I hope your pathetic excuse for a team goes 0-16 this year. I want every team to not only beat them but pulverize them beyond oblivion. I never felt this way about the Bills until they tried to justify not trading for LJ straight up and their pathetic draft that they just had. Bills fans are just a bunch of crying little whiney b1tches. I have never seen such pathetic fans as the Bills. I guess that is what happens to you though when everyone else in the AFC East has actually won a SUPER BOWL! This is from a fan who's team supposedly has just had the top draft of the entire league.
