I’m insanely confident and it terrifies me. I haven’t been nervous once this entire year. I just don’t want this ride to end because it will be so sudden. im also deciding how much I’m reasonably willing to spend on SB tickets.

Besides being a rival, it was always idiotic to hate on Lamar. The MVP conversations has melted down fans’ brains. The best part is Lamar and Allen care so much less than fans. It’s kinda weird how much some people care about another man winning an individual award.

Everything you read is that he is beloved in Detroit. That defense was dismayed by the end of the season and the Jets have better pieces. Will be interesting to see what direction they go with Qb/ OC. Glenn could be the best culture guy on earth but if they don’t figure out the offense, it won’t matter. interesting that we are shifting from just the hot shot offense guy to defense/ “culture” hires.

There has not been one thing he has done to justify him being a head coach besides be the right sperm. Jerry has to be Punking Cowboys fans at this point. McCarthy is a million times between than this dude.

The Ravens didn’t do that last year. It’s why Gus “Freaking” Edwards had 15 tds. Allen was better this year with less gaudy stats. He is going to win the award. But I kinda hate the award now. also, someone needs to explain why Jayden Daniels isn’t in the conversation? He literally completely changed a franchise’s trajectory. The MVP award has jumped the shark.

Let’s be honest: if the stats were reversed and Allen beat Lamar helped the Bills beat the Ravens 35–10, we would riot if Lamar got the MVP.

Same thing happened to me. He got Assistant and I got a feel sorry for the older brother A as well. I didn’t talk when I was younger. still had way more goals and points than that nerd though!

Fair counter. As I’ve gotten older, I don’t care as much about individual players. Still root for them but they move around so much and it’s like the Bronx Tale Mickey Mantle thing (does he care if your bills get paid). I can understand Allen being different because of the doubts and he won’t move around like other dudes. But the Bills to me is all about the Buffalo now. No matter where I go, I have pride that Buffalo can go head to head against the big boys and stand tall. The second the Bills aren’t the Buffalo Bills, I’m done.

But that’s Vegas trying to make money too. I won’t even be shocked if they steer media conversations to influence bettors. i am like 99% confident Allen wins.

Josh is truly an awesome human and leader. In my wildest dreams (and I have some wild dreams!) could imagine him being a possible MVP candidate. It’s insane. I believe that’s why both of those guys dropped in the draft plus their offenses were thought to be gimmicky. Those guys went to great organizations and had time to change their mechanics. more qbs are ruined than developed

Love Dion but I don’t need that visual You don’t get it. If a guy wins the MVP with the second highest QB rating in a season ever (not bad for a rb), it’s a huge conspiracy!

Been saying it all along. I think it’s weird caring so much about another man’s award (I also think booing grown men is weird too). I’m sure Allen wants to win but a SB would mean so much more. Freaking Boomer Edison and Shaun Alexander won MVPs. Why do people care so much (makes great debate though)?

I would double down on my Allen MVP bet if the odds drop to + money. Lamar is not getting his 3rd MVP before a SB. Has that ever happened?

Example A of why the MVP race is dumb. Why is there anger towards Lamar? For getting better every year? For proving how dumb (and some racist) the takes were of him having to switch positions in the nfl after winning a Heisman? Lamar has the second best qb rating ever. Allen has been insane and gets better every year. I would take Allen over Lamar but both are damn good qbs who do it their own way after being seriously doubted. I get waiting to hammer the Ravens when we play them. But this “rivalry” some Bills fans have against Lamar because he’s in the MVP conversation is dumb. I think our OTs deserve some votes.

Honestly, I don’t think Lamar will win. MVP is also about narrative. There’s no way I see Lamar winning 3 before he wins a SB. Plus, and I hate it because it dismisses the rest of the team, most of the national media thinks the rest of the Bills are bums.

I’m very comfortable with myself but Freeman is the most handsome coach in my lifetime, slightly edging out Bill Belichick. I don’t think Leonard is a nfl qb and think he limits them. But he had some big plays and has a ton of heart. ND has one of the best defenses in the nfl but Allar was awful last night.

If Tua was healthy (and that’s a big if), they probably make the playoffs this year.

I believe the SB Bills completely dominated the NFC and I think twice beat the team they played in the SB in the regular season (Giants and Cowboys). They lost every time in the SB.

A lot better than Fine. St Brown, Branch, the Goff trade is one of the greatest trades ever, LaPorta, the RBs (which he got killed on for taking Gibbs that high) - that team is absolutely loaded. Im not taking away from how Greta those 2 guys and how much they helped. But they are also benefiting from being on an awesome team as well. Sewell could be Joe Thomas on the Browns and the Bengals had the sack leader. The lions are a great franchise and makes olayers reach their ceiling. I don’t disagree but there is a difference between LT and RT. Odds are he will be amazing but he still really hasn’t done it at the nfl level. and based on the way he made Darold (and every qb he has played with) not look like a scrub, I’d go Jefferson. But we’re splitting hairs.

That’s a great point. Also because Allen was never a star or played in an elite program, he has no ego like some of the big name college guys. He was a mold of clay that was willing to listen. And those type of prospects fail 99%of the time. I hate the high upside, not great production prospects. I remember saying we expect a guy to be better in the AFC East than he was in the Mountain West? I couldn’t believe how dumb that sounded and the Bills/ Allen made me the dumb one for once!!! and I don’t care. I still think Rosen could have had a better career if he didn’t get drafted into the worst situation for a rookie qb. It’s insane how much faster/ athletic he looks in pads than he did running in shorts. It makes no sense. Josh Alien.

I feel like some of that is hindsight. Are the Bengals really dumb for taking Chase? Or the Jags for taking Lawrence who was thought to be a generational qb talent (never got it but he was)? Sewell is a RT. Most teams can’t afford to take a RT that high. Never got Walker going #2. That was incredibly stupid. I think when you start stacking up good players, it raises up the talent you have. Some of those players aren’t as good on other teams. We are living in a world where the Bills and Lions are model nfl teams. The world is about to end,

I readily own doubting Josh. I doubted that Bills would be competent enough to develop a qb like Allen. Salute to him for making huge changes that 99% of qbs could never do. Never been happier to wrong. Josh Alien is a unicorn

I’ll be honest. I hated when Moorman was the face of our franchise (I can say that because one of my good friends was a college punter). I hated the Punt God saga. I think punter is the easiest, least pressure jobs in all of sports. And when we have an awesome qb, Idint care about the the punter (I thought his name was Chris Martin for awhile).
