Good contract! I had a friend who was a D1 OT at a big school whose town was so small that he wasn’t allowed to go live during practices because he would hurt guys and they won’t have enough players for games.

Bummer. He has his faults but I loved this dude since we got him. He flies around and is going to hurt someone (or himself) or get the ball. the Chiefs are going to target his replacement (they were probably going to target Rapp to be fair). that said if Rapp is your biggest injury loss, you are in great shape.

I don’t either but that was the criticism I heard from Texans fans. Agree but he’s going to find it hard to have a better qb than Stroud. I still believe in him. He was special last year.

We had a bunch if injuries after we fired Frazier after multiple top 3 defenses. I agree with the injuries and Stroud stepping back. But their offense was super predictable and they should have schemed more quick passes. I won’t have fired him but there was talk all season they weren’t happy with their offense. They have to take away of his cheap Stroud is now (though you could argue that making him learn a new offense is a backwards step too).

It’s a little different but I remember Nate Oats at UB who loved Buffalo. But Bama came and offered him more money that he could make in 20 years at UB so even if he got fired, he still is ahead. I will never fault a coach or player for getting a better (more money opportunity).

I mean he’s a pure pocket passer. It all goes hand in hand - receiver injuries, guys not getting open, stroud not being a scrambler. I think the biggest thing that got criticized about their offense was it was super run heavy and predictable. There are things you can scheme up to get guys free, even if they aren’t great players. Sounds like BS was basically like run Mixon on first down on nearly every drive

Great post and I agree. I think the Saints job is maybe one of the worst in the nfl - meh qb, old, expensive guys, terrible salary cap situation- but as you said, things change quick. Even if Brady sucks there, he will get an OC job again. Happiness is a product of expectations. We fired Frazier after leading multiple top 3 defenses.

That’s why you take a head coaching job when you can. This has to be eye opening for Brady!

Eh, it was a freezing cold game and they were in position to tie the game. But obviously, he wasn’t perfect. But it was a gutless effort. I also do think people overlook how much conditions play in qb play. It’s one thing in a dome. But it must have sucked for a Florida dude. It’s why I had no doubts we were going to win. Allen is going to win the MVP because Lamar isn’t winning 3. It’s a storyline award. Best qb from the best team or guy who picks up his team the most (you have to talk about how awful the rest of your team is). and I still haven’t heard a good reason why Daniels isn’t one of the top mvp candidates? The second worst team in the nfl last year is in the championship game. also, Allen is getting paid a ton and is in a ton of commercials. He gets a ton of prestige.

It is super corny but it was fun singing it during the Ravens game. bunch of grandpas here who hate fun and police what “good” music is. Forget A bombs. They got Mr. bright side. Most deadly weapon of mass destruction there is.

Sorry, losers cry about the refs. Does KC gets calls sometimes? Sure, like the Pats, 90s Bulls, etc got. im sorry but crying about the refs before the game has been played is so weak. We need to stop the victim complex. What’s a bigger story? The likable, “underdog” Bills trying to win their first SB or the Chiefs going again? Also with all the talk about this, do you think the nfl is going to try and cheat for KC? my old coach used to tell us that accept that the refs suck. But be so good that it doesn’t matter. I pray the Bills aren’t so weak minded. But what will Bills fans cry about if it is a “fair” game? Such a loser mindset. Call a penalty on us every play and we’ll still beat you.

See, I don’t agree with that. Everyone knows Allen is at worst a top 3 qb. But this short changes how good our oline is. Or how Cook has been a stud since his rookie year. Or Shakir gets better every year. Or how Cooper (a former 1,200 yard wr) helped free guys up in the passing game. Or a defense that gets key turnovers. Allen is amazing and our MVP. But man, it feels like this team has become the Buffalo Josh Allen’s instead of the Buffalo Bills. We have one of the best run organizations in sports. As lucky as we are to have Allen, he was lucky to be drafted by us. He would tell you the same thing. Plenty of other people had made about race with Lamar the opposite way. Putting race into a MVP conversation is insane in the first place. But you’re lying if you don’t think it goes the other way too (Lamar only got the award because of his race). It’s all BS. Either Allen (who is going to win it) and Lamar are out well deserving to be MVP.

Lamar won the Heisman trophy and morons talked about him switching positions. He gets called a rb all the time. He has gotten killed for his playoff performances. if you think Lamar doesn’t get a ton of criticism, you aren’t paying attention. Both Allen and Jackson have taken a ton of criticism. That’s why I like both. They don’t whine about MVPs or people criticizing them. They just work hard and get better every year.

For the Raiders, it’s a solid hire. I’m shocked he’s as old as he is because he’s aging like wine. Also, it’s BS that you give Antonio Pierce the QBs you did and trade Adams, then expect them not to be bad. so if they don’t improve their QB situation, they will be looking for a coach in a few years again. The Raiders are like the likable Cowboys - way too hyped franchise that is kinda a joke.

The crazy part of Jerry is they have a ton of talent, he spends money, and is very loyal to coaches. I don’t get why at this point of his life, the crypt keepers doesn’t just pay for a top coach.

Talk about a guy who gotten shafted. Gets one year in Arizona with a rookie qb (and they pick another one the next year); gets Carolina to .500 as an interim head coach, and gets fired after being the SB DC for 49ers (and they have a worse defense this year and his replacement gets fired). Probably true but “people” really like Glenn. DC types makes me nervous because it’s all about developing a qb so we’ll see who the OC. but all in all, it’s still the Jets.

There are bad apples in every bunch. Tyler Bass has some losers harassing him as well. Luckily the majority of fans arent losers and tried to pick him up. God, I wish the losers whi said this would have to face consequences or Andews in real life. Too many losers are way too comfortable popping off without accountability now.

I really wish they press charges against those absolute losers who are harassing him and his family. I’m so sick of this hide behind a computer screen (as I type this from behind a phone screen!) where you can just be an awful person because you’re anonymous. guarantee Edwards is a lot better at his job than the losers harassing him. It is a once in a lifetime experience. I’ve never been to a SB much less one the Bills have played in. However, I have done the SB weekend festivities. Skme of my friends talked about going to NO and going to Buffalo for the game. There would be something amazing about watching the game in Buffalo. Since we’ve been to the championship recently, this week has been pretty calm. But I would lose my mind SB week. Not to mention I put decent amount on the Bills to win the SB halfway through the season.

I’ll be honest as someone who has season tickets. If the Bills make 7 straight championship games, I would be good watching a few not at the stadium.

Never got why you would ever hassle a team of another fanbase. Like you’re not on the team and you’re just a loser if you do. Good nature ribbing is fun but I love when I meet someone and they are like they loved going to visit Buffalo. that said, I hated Eagles fans. Congrats morons, you can spell Eagles.

Unless Brady really likes Bourbon street, that would be a terrible move for him and the Saints. If I’m the Saints, I’m weary of the coach who has his first big time success with a superstar qb. if I’m Brady, that saints situation is one of the worst in the nfl. The qb draft is weak, they have no cap space, and Carr is beyond meh (and he almost killed their best wr).

Agree to an extent. The Bills also couldn’t have been worse about developing EJ. It’s why it’s amazing the way developed Allen.
