  1. And as good as Shady, I’d trade him for a 4th or higher. I’m actually excited to see Murphy get more touches. The one thing the Bills are great at is finding rbs.
  2. Allen has 6 games of passing for under 154 yards his last year in college and didn’t even get voted to any all-mvc teams. I’m not even trying to bash him but just point out that he was drafted that high on potential. And I would have wanted a guy like ESB to get drafted with him. Ray Rays are in every draft and free agency. but ESB is playing with Rodgers so if he doesn’t develop you’re right. But I would bet on him having the better career. I mean the Bills keep Foster, who has frying pans hands and didn’t do anything in college. They are so desperate for speed.
  3. All great Bills but they just belong in the Hall of Very Good. Tasker has the best shot. Spikes and Spielman might have been if not for injuries. Spikes had the most dominating linebacker season I ever remember a Bill having. He was amazing pre injury.
  4. No one is giving up a 3rd for a 30 year old rb who still might get suspended. Shady’s value drops every week.
  5. I definitely don’t disagree. That said, if Jauron found a franchise qb, he would have been fine. So if Allen is the truth, SM will be fine. If not, he’s done.
  6. Respectfully disagree. I’d rather have the 6’5” super fast guy who looked dominant at times with one of the worst throwing qbs in all of college football than a undersized, not really fast guy who wasn’t even the best slot wr on his college team (Hunter). Ray Ray types are so easy to find. 6’5” fast guys aren’t. and didn’t we just draft Josh Allen on potential?
  7. You mean the team that just dumped the qb who got them to playoffs to pay a new qb $90 million guaranteed? and obviously, there’s exceptions. But serious question: what young QBs has Zimmer developed?
  8. Stupid liberal ESPN Bills bashing again! Let’s boycott! When we made the playoffs, we were the most loved team in the nfl. We need to stop being so sensitive.
  9. I think you kinda contradicted yourself. Raw, small school qb seems insanely risky and not the best way to prepare for the future. And I like Edmunds a lot. But when you’re a “rebuilding” team, trading up in the 1st round for anything but a qb is rarely a smart move. Hopefully, we nailed both picks and it’s a homer in. If they don’t, they should be criticized for not making smart moves.
  10. Who has more upside - Ray Ray or ESB? Plenty of guys develop in later rounds.
  11. What to know why players kneel??? A guy got killed in his own apartment by a cop who was on the wrong floor. Now the police used a search warrant to discover weed in his apartment!!! Kaepernick has achieved a lot more at his career than you have. It’s crazy that Kaepernick is getting compared to felons. Even crazier is some fans are more ok with felons playing for their team than a silent protestor. you are such a great American!!!
  12. Hey, if McDermott can right this ship, I’ll truly start to believe in him.
  13. Appreciate the effort. But man you have to be a diehard to scout o linemen. So boring. But respect to those that do!
  14. Sometimes I think coaching is a bit overrated. Ultimately talent wins. I do think o line coaches seem to make a difference more than other positions.
  15. Probably but there are other factors. How do sports bars get counted? I watched the opener at a sports bar in Miami and it was packed. There’s also streaming services. I do agree about going to the game and that’s a problem. I would much rather tailgate and watch the game somewhere else than go to the stadium. but again, the nfl is still making billions of dollars and another sport isn’t close to it. People need to simmer down with the nfl is dying stuff. I wonder how Bills fans weren’t watching last year when we ended our drought.
  16. I know he was a total bust here but he seems like a cool dude. He was on some podcast and the host was egging him on to talk crap about Buffalo. He said at first he didn’t want to be there but grew to love because the fans were so awesome. Too bad, we had the broken down version of Lights Out.
  17. Whoops!!! Yeah, I meant it’s easier to find a good DC. Wade Phillips was on twitter begging for a job. Now, they have a great offensive coach and great DC. Honestly, if you look back at those rosters, it took amazing coaching to even get to 7 wins. I remember one year our qbs threw more ints than tds and we still won 7 games.
  18. Thank you! Besides tacos, Tuesday is easily the worst day of the week. Anyone who disagrees is obviously a lunatic who cannot be trusted
  19. Also, the way I would use no huddle is sporadically, throughout the course of the game. Switch up the tempo occasionally. I never understood why teams feel they have to go no huddle all game.
  20. Chip Kelly was a good coach in Philly. He won 10 games his first 2 years with very average talent at qb. What killed him is becoming the GM. It’s why I hate how much power McDermott has. He needs to be checked and have someone just for offensive personnel.
  21. Yeah, let’s complete the EJ development of Josh Allen! its funny, I didn’t want Allen but I thought at least the Bills aren’t going to be stupid and rush him on the field. He will get to learn from a vet and work on getting more consistent habits in practice. Yet, here we are again.
  22. Wow! That’s the most negative post I’ve ever seen from John!!! Hey Bills, you’re making the most optimistic Bills fan ever upset!!! Step it up! ?
  23. Let me rephrase that. If you have the greatest qb ever or a very good established qb, a defensive coach is fine. If you are trying to find a qb or develop one, you should go with an offensive coach. This league is all about offense now. I’m not sure what you are saying here Red. Hurts regressed under Daboll.
