Daboll or Gailey? Who does better with this offense? I think there is not one thing special Daboll does. Good coaches find a way to maximize their talent. Daboll is a replacement level OC who probably had a huge say in picking our qbs. It’s kinda scary. also, what does it say about this season that we’re debating Chan vs. Daboll? ?

Good point about Spiller. Chan was the only coach who maximized him. Youre a good poster Dave. It’s ok to admit Gailey was a good OC. ? He should have been an OC. It also was really stupid he never drafted a qb to develop under Fitz. It could have been a Mahomes type situation.

What did any of those guys do after Buffalo? Also, better coaches are better at finding talent. Daboll got to hand pick a qb in the top 10. I’m betting he had a major say on offensive personnel. He deserves blame for that too. Gailey maximized journeymen type players. Honest question: would our offense be better with Chan or Daboll? To me, it’s no brainer. And that said, our offensive talent sucks.

Respect your thoughts on this. Obviously we had some oline losses and Tyrod helped the run game. I also think we are very predictable which lets defenses tee off.

I mean, I definitely like his scouting report. Also, I think G is more about want to and attitude than overall technique more than other positions. but as garbage as our offense is, I don’t think the oline has been a major problem recently. But I’m far from an oline expert. What are you thoughts? Definitely think he should get time towards the end of the year though.

As you know, I’m not high on Allen. But Kelly would have an awful impact on him. But then I see we have Nate Peterman and Derek Anderson and I start thinking about it. ?

And Nate Peterman proved how important preseason is!!! I hope this guy is good but man, fans fall in love with guys in the preseason. Bring back Reilly!!!

I think you are overrating the talent of those Gailey’s teams. SJ was a 7th round, Jones and Nelson weren’t drafted, Chandler bounced around the nfl, Fitz was a journeyman 7th rounder, and we all know about F Jax. Benjamin was a 1st rounder, Zay is a first rounder, McCoy is one if the best rbs, Clay is a good TE, and Allen was a top 10 pick. i think our current offensive evaluation sucks. But I also think coaches could get more out of the talent. Look back at the Jauron teams and their rosters. It is amazing they got 7 wins. Gailey maximized his talent. So while our talent isn’t good, the coaches aren’t maximizing it either. He played a huge part in the talent failure on offense I would assume. Maybe but I don’t think it’s nearly as huge as you think to make CJ beathard look so much better as a qb. I would argue that Shanahan is just a much better coach than Daboll.

Best Bills rb in my lifetime. Would have been a 2,000 yard back if Thurman didn’t mess things up for him. Selfish!

Manziel - wasn’t physically good enough for the nfl, suffered from affluenza, and while I hope he is getting real help, I think he is finding reasons why it didn’t work out in football. The guy just wasn’t good enough. Kelly is just a dumb dude. Read his social media. He is barely literate. I blame St. Joes. But he has gotten passes all his life. At some point, if you keep getting kicked off teams, you’re a moron.

Not sure if anyone posted it yet but Swag has been kicked off his high school, college, and now a nfl team. That’s actually kinda awesome in a terrible way. Dude is pretty consistent.

Like I hate being so negative but I’m just being realistic. If we bring in a d back, I will blindly trust them. But we have a lifelong defensive coach running this team. Not shockingly, our offense is horrible.

I was very ready to move on from Tyrod. But if you don’t think he would be the best qb on this team, you have some deep seated issues. TT is very limited but he isn’t a dumpster fire like our trio. This is one of the worst QBs groups in nfl history. The only prayer is somehow Allen develops into something.

So glad we waited until his value is at an all time low.

But more lmportantly, how well do these QBs know the only playbook that matters, the Bible? ? I feel a lot worse for people who didn’t have a millionaire uncle.

This is sarcasm right? on one hand, I think this guy is a joke. Someone who has been handed everything and pissed it away. He is completely overrated here because of his last name. He is a very dumb human being, has zero leadership skills, and I have firsthand knowledge from Friends who worked in bars that there are a bunch more of shady Swag instances that never got reported. Dude has major issues. but I also see one of the mismanaged qb situations in nfl history and spending a 7th overall pick on a guy who has major flaws. The Bills should turn over every rock to find qbs. As much as I think it is a total failure, I’d sign Kelly for the bare minimum. Hell, I’d sign Kaep. I’d sign EJ. Just so something. It’s kinda of a slap in the face to faces that the Bills are playing against Tom Brady starting Derek freakin’ Anderson. But trust the process and whatnot.

This might be what gets Chad off. If you ever met him, this is what he sounds like all the time. Not exactly a ? scientist.
