1) he was at Alabama. Not exactly a JUCO program. 2) they cut him based on his college production and his preseason performance, they got very lucky with Foster and he will have a lot to prove since he will be more known this year. But it’s sometimes better to be lucky than good so hopefully he turns into something.

Yeah, I know he gets type cast, but Hogan is a pretty good vertical threat.
-
Only 2,500 more yards and 16 tds and D’Rick will be there! personally, I’d struggle to bash a guy who started for the best team in nfl history for multiple seasons when I wanted him cut for a guy who had 3 career nfl catches. You know you’re one of my favorite posters but this is kinda petty. Hogan isn’t a star but he’s a better career than the vast majority of more talented receivers. I’d love to have his resume.

My god, you have some terrible takes. According to this brilliant logic, Brian Billick is a better coach than Marv Levy.
-
He started on multiple SB teams. Come Kirby. You’re wrong brother. Like frozen, let it go! ☃️

2-3 round. His stock might fall because of injuries but he’s legit.

I don’t think you understate how the draft works. Just because it’s a later round, doesn’t mean you have to waste picks. Ray Ray wasn’t good in college. Prohel was drafting because they were friends with his dad. Bad picks with no upside. And im working on the application. Can I use you as a reference? ?

Since I’m so delusional, let’s make a bet who has the better career: the slow, undersized, 2nd best slot receiver on his college team or the 6’5” fast guy who was one of the best recruits in the country who played with a qb who got benched this year. PM and we can work out an arrangement. Of course, I’m the guy who wanted Juju in his draft and won’t hsve traded up for Zay so I don’t know what I’m talking about.

This is the most wrong you have ever been here but I still respect your wrongness. ?
-
Haha, I respect you not giving into your terrible take my friend. If only Hogan could have had D’Rick Rogers’ natural talent. Hogan made a great career for himself. Respect. He played lacrosse in college too. Can someone please bump the Pats are done mid season thread again???
-
Yes there is. St Brown, a 6’5” burner who was hamstring by a terrible throwing qb in college, should have been the pick. There is no upside with a guy like Ray Ray, who wasn’t even as good as Renfrow. It was a bad pick.

Barry Sanders, the best rb I ever say play, never had that good of a stretch. https://www.pro-football-reference.com/players/S/SandBa00.htm personally, I think the HOF is for guys that dominate like TD instead of guys like JE (product of a great situation where many other players would excel) or a guy who plays forever and pass stats. JMO though.
-
I’d rather have Renfrow than Ray Ray. What a bad pick. And ill I’ll go with Harry or Butler. And as always with wrs, their success will depend who drafts them.
-
He would go to Cole Beasley if he was in the role. Same with average solid to decent slot receiver in the nfl. JE runs good option routes and has good chemistry with Brady. He could easily be replaced and they won’t miss a beat. Just like the Pats did with Welker, a much better player than JE who will not get in the HOF. and I agree about the character. I just want to point out that he is a cheating scumbag who takes cheap shots. i just looked up the stats between Welker and Little Julian. Welker has almost double JE’s yards and Tds and he isn’t sniffing the HOF. Some people are just prisoners of the moments. Is Brandon Stokley making the HOF? You don’t see the problem with comparing Rice and JE? You can’t be in the HOF if teams don’t game plan to stop you.

I mean why not for a vet minimum but I don’t know how you can expect much from him. i do like signing former 1st rounders after they “bust” on their first team though (Jerry Hughes). Perriman was a huge bust for the Ravens but made some plays for the Browns at the end of last year so you never know. I hope Beane finds someone else to help him scout wrs because he has been terrible in that department.

Belichick used to talk about how awesome Josh Reed and Chris Kelsey were when we played them. A 33 year old coach in his second year lost the SB to arguably the greatest destiny in sports history. McVay definitely should be on the hot seat. Are you Alex Jones?
