Wait you are honestly comparing the Bears, who had the number 1 defense with Mitch, to the expansion Panthers reich played with? Holy crap, that is absolutely insane. Mitch is the exact reason why qb records are absolutely worthless. he seems like a good dude. He has is living off one good year in college. He looks worse the more he plays. Veteran scrub qb destroy backup defenses in the preseason. We may have the worst backup qb in the nfl.

I like Burton and hate that he is on Cincy. I do wonder if his character concerns scared the Bills off. I really wish they came out with multiple WRs from the draft.

Facts. Mahomes is only good against 3rd stringers. Gym class hero who fall apart when the games really count. The nfl is far from the only business that protects criminals. America is filled with criminals in high places.

Fair but they took Kevin O’Connell in the 3rd in 2008 and Mallett in the 3rd in 2008. Guys later in the draft are cheaper than Tribusky, Barkley, or Kyle Allen and are probably better because it won’t take much. Plus, they could be trade pieces in the future. And last year reports were the Bills were in on Tre Lance as well. we just saw the 49ers nearly when a SB with a 7th rounder. I don’t know we have to settle for passed around garbage. It’s Allen or bust but it’s weird that for being the most important position in sports, some fans just don’t care about backup qbs and are fine settling.

Wait an aging lady who really offered no real value to ESPN blamed other things for why she left? I’m shocked! Seriously, no one watched ESPN for Safe Steele. This is no different than the nfl cutting people who they don’t see bring value as they age. Again, it is all about love sports, PTI, and Stephen A/ McAfee. The rest of the pieces are interchangeable. But it always has to be some giant conspiracy. The weirdos who cry about being cancelled are the ones who offer no real value. When was the last time an in their prime, franchisee never left their team without some weird injury or situation? and this is the perfect time to develop a guy. I’m sure he won’t amount to anything but a guy like Joe Milton would have been a nice developmental guy. He cost basically nothing and has similar attributes as Allen. The Pats spent 2nd and 3rd rounders when they had Brady. As a result, they went 4-0 when he was suspended. I’m so sick of settling for these scrub qbs.

Again, it is much easier getting open when you have a number 1 guy taking the best cb or drawing coverages. IMO, Shakir and Samuel would be better players/ threats if we have a Diggs type player defenses have to pay attention too.

The Diggs hate has gone too far. Great WRs open up everything for other players. Every team game planned for Diggs. Either through coverage or drawing the best cbs. Shakir was better because he wasn’t going against too cbs. Diggs as annoying as he was is a big loss. He’s not irreplaceable but I think we are lacking a legit downfield threat (MVS, good guy, king of letting teams down).

10.7 ypc for his career is the opposite of being any type of deep threat. Considering he was a rb in college and his use in the nfl (slot, gadget guy), it makes sense. we have solid role players (and hopefully Keon develops more into that), but we don’t have anyone who scares defenses. One of those guys would open up so many things for Josh, the RBs, and Kincaid.

I absolutely love Kincaid. One of my favorite bills draft picks in a long time. I think he will have a monster year. what worries me is we have no real speed. Samuel has a fast 40 but doesn’t play like that. If you thought Gabe Davis was frustrating, just watch MVS. We have the qb with strongest arm but big passes have been missing from our offense. It would open up so many things.

Turnovers are part of the reason. Also, a few primetime games were kinda duds (Broncos, Chargers, Jets). listen I believe in value buys. Allen will never get better MVP odds and never have a better shot at this award. Lamar and Mahomes have gotten theirs. They love story lines. If Allen gets this team to the playoffs, even with worse stats, he will get more credit than ever.

I salute your ability to find a positive! I do agree that since he couldn’t do anything with his lower half, he strikes me as a guy who would go hard on the top half. But man, that sounds painful. Dude can’t catch a break (bad pun I know 😞).

Disagree. For most of the past 5 years, we were top 3 in SB odds with a roster that was considered one of the best in the nfl. Diggs was considered a borderline top 5 wr. We had a top 5 defense. Now, we have lost a lot of big names and we are tied with the JEts for division odds. If the Bills have a successful season, Allen will get so much love nationally, it will be crazy.

Can’t lie. I talked myself into him. The fall off after his rookie season is an all time one. Sal definitely loves humble bragging.

I’m going to wait to watch the Hernandez show before I come to any conclusions

We have a group of wrs who are fantasy football waiver guys. They have one good week, you pick them up, and drop them the next week. I do like it as a collective group but man, would a legit game breaker (and not MVS, good guy though) change this entire offense.

I am so certain that Allen will be the MVP (and have backed it financially) that I am scared of how rich I’m going to be. He will win it with worse stats because he will need to carry this team because it is very meh besides him.

Awful. One of my favorite Bills in a while. Reminds me of Tre. Unfortunately, if there was one “weakness” Milano had, is he’s undersized so the chance for injury was always higher. Plus, he plays like an animal. sucks for him, suck for us. I wish this was madden and you turn the injuries off. It’s football. Injuries happen. Milano getting hurt absolutely sucks and you can’t replace him. But it’s not like they haven’t been here before. Next man up. if an OLB (even an elite one like Milano) is breaking your season, you weren’t very good to become with.

You think a billion dollar company keeps he around because he sucks? No one under 40 watches sports talks. Stephen A is the only person in that business who draws an audience. it’s all about live sports contracts. I can’t remember the last pre game show I watched. I don’t care who the announcers are. I don’t ever watch a sports talk show unless it’s PTI. And most people are like me in that regards.
