  1. He actually looks exactly like Aaron Gordon of the Denver Nuggets.
  2. Worthy is off to a better start than Rice was. rice definitely seems like more of physical receiver I agree. https://www.espn.com/nfl/player/_/id/4683062/xavier-worthy https://www.pro-football-reference.com/players/R/RiceRa01/gamelog/2023/
  3. That team doesnt sniff the playoffs without him. Overpriced, garbage roster. Go Mets!
  4. HOF qb, HOF TE, and a great IOL help with that as well along with playing together for so long.
  5. My point is he’s not but KC is the only team that can make him look this good.
  6. Yet, Mahomes and Reid can make him a starting caliber nfl wr His gimmick is tds. I would hate that!!!!
  7. 4th td in first career 5 games. Drawing monster PI calls. Yeah, he’s not an impact player.
  8. I agree it’s a bad room. But how much better are the Ravens or Chiefs?
  9. If I could drop a nuclear bomb on an internet post, this would be my Hiroshima (apologies if it’s too soon).
  10. Couple things 1 - ours WRs scare no defense 2 - as a result, teams can play man against us and blitz more because they aren’t afraid of getting beat 3 - as much as he is a superhero, Allen wasn’t very good yesterday. It’s ok to say that too though he has little help besides cook. I do think he is so in his head about trying to be a pocket passer and not taking big hits running that he is becoming less aggressive. Same thing with the turnovers. Do we want safe, conservative Josh or do we want cray man Josh who does things no one else in the league can do but will make some crazy mistakes as well?
  11. It’s so weird because one of the knocks against him was his accuracy which he has done amazing at the underneath stuff. but it’s crazy the guy with one of the strongest arms ever rarely hits a bomb. Granted this year, we are limited with talent but as you said, it’s been a struggle in the past when guys get open. I would have loved to see Lee Evans with Allen. Just put a little loft on that thing Josh! And don’t throw is to Mack Hollins (nice guy!).
  12. It’s domino effect. The oline looks worse because defenses don’t respect our WRs so they can blitz more and play for man without the fear of getting beat by it. it’s strange to say but the lack of skill at receiver affects the o line,
  13. Need a Ken Dorsey apology thread. He’s been an OC at Carolina. That excuse doesn’t fly. I do think he is hampered by lack of talent at the receiver position.
  14. He could be struggling with turf toe, which is terrible for WRs. also, are we sure he’s even good??? He isn’t a natural wr and was a gadget guy in college. He averages 35.7 ypc receiving for his career so it’s not like he’s been exactly lighting it up. I think this is what is happening to Mahomes. We think that because our qb is so good, they can elevate anyone. So we settle for these journeymen types and then halfway through the season, we realize they are very mid. I think Samuel is better than that but I personally would have rather drafted another receiver than pay a guy averages 600/ ypy $8 million. that said, they should try to use him more out of the backfield and more designed runs from the slot, I don’t think it’s that simple. Brady was also the OC that Samuel had his best season of his career with Teddy Bridgewater.
  15. It’s the Bills’ fault for even tricking themselves into Hollins being a “starting” receiver in the first place. Great dude and STer, but there’s a reason he has never played a lot as a receiver. also, the lack of a deep ball for the last few years with a guy like Allen’s arm is pretty tough to see. Russell Wilson doesn’t have close to the same arm strength but was a great deep ball passer. There is no world where Josh Allen should be a dink and dunk qb.
  16. Great dude, feel awful about his brother, one of the worst contracts in the nfl.
  17. Respectfully and obviously I’m not Adams (unfortunately 😞) but there were a bunch of factors: his college qb, Rodgers leaving GB, close to his hometown than just I want to be in Vegas.
  18. Eh, I bet you can find bad stretches for every really good offensive coach (Reid, McVey, Shananah, etc.) like hopefully MM is terrible but how coaches would be thriving in Miami’s circumstances? Honestly, it might be scary if he gets to pick a new qb with more physical skills than Tua next year (really weak qb draft though).
  19. 2 coach of the years with 2 different QBs clearly demonstrates lack of control of his roster. https://arrowheadguys.com/should-the-chiefs-fire-andy-reid/#google_vignette
  20. I’d be fine with it (not sure Seattle would move him). But he does get emotional and takes some super dumb penalties. I think he’s gotten himself ejected a few times as well.
  21. Not saying he’s going to be HOF player and scumbag Hill but he is actually off to a better start to his career than Tyreek. let’s just hope they were right on Coleman. Worthy might not be the best fit for us but man, we could badly use his type of speed in our receiving core.
  22. She sounds cute. Pics?
  23. Something about DK annoys me 😆 He seems to do a lot of dumb things in games. I will freely admit that I didn’t love him in the draft (liked AJ brown better and he is the better player). But he is a beast. I don’t think that really makes your point since he had his friends and it was close to his hometown. trust me, I’m not saying it doesn’t happen. But I think it happens way less in the NFL than most leagues. also, as I’ve grown older and don’t need the Vegas/ LA life every night, do we even really want players who have that mindset? Adams is a family man so he actually might like WNY minus the weather (which does suck but if global warming is real might be Virginia soon).
  24. Don’t take the lords name in vain! but I apologize for saying the truth. Yes without a concussion, the nfls leading passer last year would not be out of the nfl in 2 years.
  25. Couldn’t disagree more Dave. Maybe it matters to Davante but if this was the case, I miss where all the LA, Vegas, Miami, SD before they left got all the FAs and were dominating. For the most part, the Bills really havent struggled to get FAs. NE, GB, Pittsburgh, Cincy, Minnesota are all teams that regularly are playoff teams. Then throw in Cali taxes (and I love Cali), I think it’s way less popular with players than you think. I think players look at the following in order: 1 - money 2 - winning (and qb) 3 - location. It’s 2024 and players can be stars anywhere. Also, they play like 4 months a year in place and can take off when they have breaks.
