McCargo in round 4?! I think this is a pipe dream...but then again I dont have years upon years of history predicting the draft. I'd be suprised if he makes it out of the 2nd.

IF we took a QB...which we arent going to do until perhaps later when we can assign him to the practice squad... we cant cut losman due to salary cap concerns it would be stupid. Just signed Nall, cant see him going. So looks like holcomb is the odd man out unless we can trade Losman for something reasonable. I just cant see it. And I for one still have alot of faith in Losman to turn into what we expeced him to be. I worry about his mental state. He was VERY VERY raw when drafted. All the "experts" said he needed to wait 2-3 years before starting. Well, he got hurt, practiced for half a year and BAM...good luck kid. Give him time.

Is this a chain resturaunt, or a single owner resturaunt? If a chain, try writing the regional office. If a single owner, try writting the owner himself (herself). The manager likely just sees it as another hassle he has to deal with, whereas the owner actually cares about your business. ELEVATE.

Nah. The one knock on Huff is that he might not be able to play corner at the NFL level. He was a safety in college and projects as a very good safety in the NFL who MIGHT BE ABLE to play corner. Obviously different teams have different ideas of what position they would like him to play. I think this fits buffalo well however, he can play safety now, and maybe switch to corner next season if clements leaves.

I think you have to consider them our top 7. Leinert and Young are the only 2 I question because of Losman. Everyone else can start on our team.

Assuming the top 7 are (in no particular order): Bush Leinert Young Hawk Mario Williams D'Brick Vernon Davis How likely is it any of these guys fall to us at 8? What scenario can you come up with where it might happen. Could NY Take Deangelo Williams? Could GB Take Jay Cutler? Could NY, GB and OAK all take a QB? Would GB take Leinert if TEN takes young at #3? Could ARZ, STL or BAL trade up to take a QB? If D'Brick gets past NYJ, who takes him before buffalo? HOU - Bush NO - Mario TEN -Young NYJ -Leinert GB - Hawk SF -Davis ARZ/STL - Cutler BUF - D'Brick (?) HOU - Bush NO - D'Brick TEN - Leinert NYJ - Young GB - Hawk SF - Davis OAK - Cutler BUF - Mario (??) There seems to be a suprise every year in the top of the draft... You're right on one account. Our Special teams played with heart and were coached extremely well. They only play a down here and there and thus conditioning is not so much an issue with most memebers of the squad.

I think #17 and next years #1 is fair value for the #8. Though they may be hesitant to do such a trade because personally, I feel the vikings are in for a 4-12, 5-11 season.

Yeah, i heard his combine press conference. They guy sounded like he was reading a teleprompter (which probably isnt far from the truth knowing how much these guys are prepped). Might not be the best option if in fact he is adverse to cold weather. We have too many southern boys on the team now.

Um...clearly players selected in the first round are presumed to be better than those selected in later rounds. This is not always true, but at the time the draft occurs THIS IS THE THOUGH. Therefore yes, this analysis DOES hold water.
