I honestly don't think it's having the wrong guy driving the bus. This team just peaked way too early, got decimated by injuries, then emotionally destroyed, and couldn't pull it back together. That's a tall order. The September bills team wins the Super Bowl hands down. But obviously that's not when superbowls are won. And it's also apparent to me this team struggles in the cold weather grind it out kinds of games that you have to play in January in Buffalo.
The Super Bowl winning teams are peaking at the end. We need a power running game that we can go to when it's 10 degrees and a foot of snow. Give Allen a legit running game and things change. Im not smart enough to know if that's the line, or the RB, or the coaching (or all of it) - but McDermott/Beane need to figure that out and get a running game.
