I think E. Moulds and J.P said things that were critical of one another. I also think that Mularkey definitely called out Willis for his lack of aggression when running the ball. Willis in turn did not respond as a team player. The only thing he could say is that everyone has their own opinion. That's not exactly comforting if you are a Bills fan. He said that you don't understand unless you are out there. As a fan, I want to hear him say things like "I understand where coach is coming from" or "He's right, I need to get through the holes faster". I think there are alot of things being said that could escalate if they continue to lose. Just my opinion. t-r

Just reading some of the latest articles it seems like a lot of guys are upset. Moulds, Mcgahee, Losman and Mularkey all seem pretty aggrivated with one another. Is this the start of a new generation of bickering Bills? t-r

A couple of things on the Bills first. Paul Hamilton has a huge smile on his face about the prediction he made about the Bills offense. It hurts to say anyone from WGR is right but he nailed this one. He said maybe a chip shot field goal or a defensive score. I hate being wrong but I was. Don't expect this to be the first or last time. J.P may have been off but he wasn't the only problem with our offense. What's up with scripting 10 plays of offense? That game plan should be thrown right out the window. You really have to play the game as it comes to you. I think down and distance are just too important a factor to script plays. I liked the fact that J.P was changing plays at the line trying to beat the defense in ways he thought he could. Not to say he was right or wrong but he wasn't giving up. He was making reads and trying. That was the biggest positive I took from the Bills game. The defense was awesome!! Everyone is saying this and that but they forced a lot punts early. If the Offense could of sustained any time of possesion they would of been given a break to pull it together. That never happened. You can't leave any defense on the field in 100 degree weather and expect them to dominate. Our defense is bad ass and don't forget it. Josh Reed. Plain out found a seem and caught what was thrown his way. Nice to see this kid show up... Finally. On the Sabres, Thomas Vanek is for real. Absolutely electrified every Sabres fan at HSBC on Saturday night. The kid has a nack for scoring goals. Very crafty getting open in front of the net. 50 goals isn't out of his reach people. We honestly have a player. One of the Washington announcers was quoted as saying, "this kid is oozing with talent". t-r

Fun atmosphere. I went down to the HSBC arena and had a good time with my buddies. Vanek seems to be the real deal. Looked very fluid out there on the ice. Welcome back hockey!!! t-r

I try to sleep until 12:30. I hate waiting for the game to start. I order a turkey sub and a 'liter of cola'. Take a quick shower, stop at the corner to get the food and beverages. That takes me to about 1. GAME ON!!!!!

Lori, I'm sorry I didn't get to talk to you at Danny's last weekend. SDS and JoeSixPack said very nice things about you and I would have loved to talk football with you. Hopefully sometime in the future. t-r

It's a stretch to say the offense won't score a touchdown. They have the tools to score on anyone if they stick to the game plan. If I had one problem from last week it's that they didn't use Willis more effectively in the red zone. I don't recall one single first down run. If they can stay the course and run, they can score 3 grind 'em touchdowns. Big offensive line. Stud starting running back. That's a good starting point for offensive production. Use J.P more sparingly in this game and allow McGahee to take over. Any defense tires if you pound them long enough and Tampa Bay is no different. However... Last week I saw J.P Losman lead the offense for the victory. He didn't do anything spectacular but he didn't lose the game. No interceptions and no fumbles with a touchdown pass is good enough for me. In tough situations this year I thought we would give Willis 40 carries a game. Last Sunday I saw something I didn't think I'd see all year. Someone not wearing #21 lead us to victory. I hope that Willis is the focal point this week (he's my starting rb and #1 draft pick in my fantasy league) , but I don't think he is the only way we can score on Sunday. Call me crazy but I really like what Losman can do. I'm not sold yet but he's way better than I thought he'd be.

He said he didn't think the bills would win and he expected that we wouldn't score an offensive touchdown. God he thinks we suck. t-r
