I think he's the best reciever prospect ever to come out of Michigan. Far better than Terrell when he came out and even probobly better than the well dressed Amani Toomer. Watch his games against Texas and MSU, he was doing the Owens thing where he just took over those games....and he had a true freshman throwing to him. If theres one guy Im sold on in this draft, it's Braylon Edwards.

Id laugh so hard if they fell out of 2 to the 9 spot and a RB didn't fall to them. That to me would be hilarious, as long as they didnt get Alexander or Edge for the 25 pick. That to me, would suck balls. Although we did absolutely OWN alexander last year IN SEATTLe playing behind a line way beter than the one in Miami.

Say We Do Trade Clements for #9 or #25

I like baker too, in camp he looked really good. Quick, intense and good instincts, however at this moment TV is a slightly above average corner but I think hes an excellent FS. So it's tough to say, but I trust the coaches to do the right thing here, they havent hesitated to move people around to make things work yet and i see no reason why they shouldn't in the future. -
If TD can snag a pick in the top 40, i think we are all but assured of grabbing a player with the potential to put in at least a respectable amount of PT this year. I think based on the talent in the draft as well as our depth chart and the needs of other teams make this so. The draft appears to be pretty deep at CB and OL, which is key. HOWEVER Drafts are crazy things and GMs often make bad decisions in the heat of the moment(although TD usually keeps his cool on draft day). As a result, players drop, certain positions get raided for 10-15 picks etc. Hopefully there will be players who drop to us this year with 1st or early 2nd round grades in later rounds. Previous years examples of guys who were projected to go in the first/early second who fell at least 10-15 spots. Guys who went later than expected: 2004: Ben TroupeTE (Titans, 40th overall), Randy Starks DT(Titans 71 overall, although his stock has slipped within a few weeks before the draft as other prospects surpassed him with workouts), 2003: G Eric Steinbach(33rd overall, Cincy), OLB Boss Bailey(34th, Lions, he was projected by most to be picked at #13 by the rams that year), Chris Kelsay DE(49th, projected to go as high as 14 in some mocks, but a consensus first rounder among draftniks), Jason Witten TE, (69th, Dallas) These are just af ew examples, but you get my point. So where do you think the Bills will have to get in order to secure a noteworthy prospect(and who would you like tos ee us draft?) For the record I like OT Khalif Barnes and OG/C David Baas, I think it would be ideal to draft a guy like that although I also like some of the CBs.

I saw this as well. I dont think that we're going DT with our first choice, especially since edwards looked pretty solid last year and we drafted TA. However, even if we did, i doubt we'd pick a 286 lb tweener who can't play in a 2-gap scheme. That guy sounded more like a 3-4 end than a 4-3 DT to me. We'll see on draft day though. That corner they had us taking in the 3rd sounded like he could be alright.

how the hell do you get a job like that? what qualifies you? and is there much more involved than just being a social person who can explain things really well and has a lot of successful date experience. I must know more

varnson, vandelay...... yeah I'm a full-time college student @ UB by day and a pizza delivery guy for Domino's(Amherst) by night. Exciting? no. Easy, well the dominos part is. But i rarely have class before noon and can post pretty much whenever iw ant to from almost wherever i want to because campus has so much internet access. However, I spend less time wondering why so many people are on in the day than I do wishing there were more on after midnight, when i have the most time to read and post.

You are insane, Edwards is going to be a star in this league for 10-12 years. The guy has everything Larry Fitz and Roy had coming out of school. If someone offerred me clements for edwards Id take it NO MATTER WHAT the situation. -

Anyone catch the NFL network draft promo
ROCCEO replied to richjk21's topic in The Stadium Wall Archives
NFL network i believe, but im not sure. AKA channel 74 on campus -
No offense, but that is pretty dumb. Viable in a year where 1-the draft is not so weak and 2- the market for running backs is more solid. I just don't see it happenning.

Some Willis Chat Highlights

On that note, a friend of mine was out at the bars downtown 2 or 3 weeks ago and the following occurred. After seeing Josh Reed and Kevin Thomas at a hot dog stand, my friend Tim was walking from one bar to another when he sees Losman crossing the street. Tim is a huge bills fan(at the time according to him a "super cocked" bills fan). He yells "YO JP!!!!!!!" and JP just shouts back "What up Playa!?" Enjoy, at the very least I foudn this pretty funny. -

This may have been my favorite: Steve (Corning, NY): Willis, The Bills fans message board has been filled with threads trying to come up with the best nick name for you. Do you have a nick name? Is there a nick name that you like? Willis McGahee: Of course ... Horse. Of course, now we can say he is stampeding over the other team's defenders. Or their entire defense. I just hope he wasn't implying it in the Travis Hafner sense. -
Bye week righ tin the middle, so tha twe can either celebrate the victory over brady for 2 weeks or give us 2 weeks to get out of htat NE hangover.

Sullivan definately thinks he can walk on water. Just because TD gives the media only what he feels like when he feels like it, it doesn't mean that he's a horrible GM although Sullivan likes to paint it that way.
-
Maybe we can pick him and clarett in 4/5 and have the all-screwhead draft.

I argue that Nate is a very good cover guy: ie: Cincy game! -
William Randolph? I understand we could use some national press and that guy always knew how to do it but crimeny he's been dead for approximately half a century!
