    Actually, they refer to themselves as Naval Aviators, not pilots. The rationale is that anyone can land on a runway, only Naval Aviators can land on a Carrier.

    I've been diving since the 70's and thoroughly enjoy warm water as opposed to cold water. Would love to dive Truk lagoon or the waters of the Normandy Beachheads (I would cold water dive for that) but those are just pipe dreams. By the way John, my masters thesis was regarding preventing shark attacks.
