  1. I take issue with "almost embarassing". Sterling is annoying. Holcomb or JP has to go? Better yet, 1 has to go so that "we in the media get an understanding of what direction they're going in". LOFL, I hope Marv was listening. Did I fall asleep when this became a DF-RJesque controversy?
  2. For once I agree with the masses. - Cake schedule in '04. - Pat Williams + TKO - losing your 2 best players on the front 7 is almost impossible for any team not coached by Bellicheck to overcome. - Unstable QB play. Each of these three things easily account for a game each, so a 4 game decline is hardly surprising in retrospect.
  3. I agree with this last sentence. Not the rest. Ask the Eagles about McNabb or the Colts about Manning or the Chiefs about Ryan Simms or the Bills about Mike Williams. You can ask any number of teams about any number of positions that were busts. QB's aren't that much different than other positions in that sense that 1st rounders are more likely to be successful, though there are lots of exceptions. Personally I wasn't a fan of the Whitner pick but like udonkey said, I'm willing to reserve judgement till I see him play.
  4. You can at least buy beer in grocery stores, so it's not as retarded as PA.
  5. See, onions, mustard, and lemonade - good work. You're the clear winner of the hot dog division.
  6. I generally don't go with swiss on burgers, but swiss is probably good enough to work with anything. Onions are good, mushrooms are mediocre. Vinegar on the fries is questionable at best. B-
  7. This is inferior to cheese & crackers. Also, yellow american doesn't sound good. That's one cheese that has to be cooked as far as I'm concerned. C-
  8. I feel like you're taking advantage of my leniency towards leftovers by making this up. C+
  9. Works well with your signature, though your Loc: should be SanFran.
  10. Awesome. Classic burger, being able to throw shells on the ground, and a draft beer. Beach + discount = slightly bitter deduction however. A-
  11. Am I alone in not likeing spinach? Everything else sounds pretty good except for the hard boiled egg, though I don't know how it goes together. Why not throw in an orange or grapefruit? Points for the simple yet tremendously underrated oil & vinegar dressing. Since I'm pretty sure you're a woman I'll give this a B.
  12. Oh, salad with chicken is much better. Still, your grade remains the same because of the spite factor.
  13. Leftover helper? Points for brilliant efficiency. Not a fan of creamy stuff (insert sick joke here). B-
  14. Still, wheat thins are an acceptable side. Nothing wrong with an occasional dog as long as it's not weekly and there's no ketchup. C+, maybe B-, it's close.
  15. I like chicken and I like salad but I've never liked chicken salad. Ice tea is solid. Do you get treated to a free lunch frequently or just occasionally? If the former, I may have to deduct out of spite. C+
  16. The only problem with that is my boss will likely be in the office tomorrow.
  17. Change that to a B+, unless you live in a big city.
  18. My lunch: Tuna sandwhich on a snowflake roll with lettuce. Side of tortilla chips & ice water. Economical price of $3.38 with tax, everything else but sandwiches at the company caf. is overpriced. Store bought oatmeal cream pie for dessert. Not my favorite sandwich but it does the job. Thoughts? I give myself a B.
  19. Not many weaknesses here. Cost? Drink? A-
  20. Not bad. Turkey rules, a little mayo is good, and stuffing depends but is generally good. Wasn't a fan of the cranberry sauce on a sandwich the few times I've had it. B+
  21. Report back later - you can't really go wrong either way.
  22. Understood, I think there are better healthy alternatives than egg salad though and I feel I've been fair with some of the previous soup/salad submissions. Since when do Miami fans tailgate anyway?
  23. Never been to Boston Market, how is it? Spinach and creamed spinach? C
  24. These are store bought Ritz cracker sandwiches? Not sure about that, though Ritz crackers are good. Deer Park is solid. Egg salad sounds more than a little vaginal. C
