  1. All the newbies just realized who they actually signed with and are imagining the players they are fighting are really their agents. Thats the funniest thing i've read here in awhile.
  2. Cutler kinda looks like that dude from the OC. And i hope the bills would move if they drafted VY.
  3. One good thing is Culpepper will be good for at least 5 turnovers when MIA comes to Buffalo! Small hands + idiot decision making + the weather = lots of fun for bills fans!
  4. How'd that Houston passing game look last year? I think after the reports of Reggie's pro day work out they will or they will trade it to someone that will.
  5. He had one great game against a team that had an average defense. VY tried to give away the ok state with some horrendous INTs and decision making, only his legs saved that game. He couldn't beat Oklahoma until this past season when they sucked the first half of last season and had an injured adrian peterson. And then topped it off by beating JV teams like Rice and UL Lafayette. So yes he had one great game against a mediocre defense. Plus he's a running QB, and how many running QBs have won NFL championships? To be sure, he's one of the best college athletes i have ever watched, and every time he set foot on the field for UT he was one of the (if not the) fastest player out there, and that just won't be the case in the NFL. LBs will be able to run him down with his (if i recall correctly) 4.5/40 at the combine. If the kid had beautiful mechanics and decent accuracy to go along with his speed then I'd say he could be a great QB, but he has terrible mechanics and when he throws from the pocket he's woefully inaccurate. He has bust written all over him, and the hype that surrounded him right after the Rose Bowl is wearing off, hence his perceived fall down the first round. Also, QBs that come from spread offenses in college have a tendency to struggle in the NFL (for examples look at Florida's QBs in the past, with the possible exception of Grossman, who struggles with staying healthy during the national anthe,) because they are designed to take advantage of superior athleticism, and like i said before, NFL defenses have athletes that are just as good or even better than VY. Add to that the ability of NFL defenses to scheme and take advantage of player weakness (like inaccuracy and the mental acuity of a cardboard box) and VY really doesn't look like he is built for success in the NFL. Like I said, I feel that VY could be a great WR, provided he has the ability to catch a football, which he should be able to do since he is a great athlete, also because he is elusive and has good size. But i've been wrong once before
  6. Just like the NO game he'd just short arm it and avoid the hit. Only loved the guy early in his career, and once i learned of his questionable character I became less of a fan. Then this season came along, and I couldn't wait for him to be dealt. From what i saw he was simply unhappy that JP didn't lock onto him, ala Bledsoe, and he packed the season in. He didn't fight to prevent the INT against NO, he short armed passes, and oh yeah he pulled himself out of a game against MIA. No matter how bad a season is going a real Buffalo Bill would not pull himself out of a game against their biggest rival, because when a season goes poorly the two games against the phish should approached as playoff games, and obviously EM didn't give a sh--. Good luck being the no doubt number 2 for a team that the Bills dominated last season jerk off.
  7. He could replace Moulds as a WR. That's about all he'll do in the NFL. One really good college game in the national spotlight doesn't make you great. LenDale White is a much bigger LenDale White f......well he's a much bigger LenDale White. I would have agreed with you before LenDale went Shawn Kemp before the combine and his pro day. LenDale spent a few too many nights at the FatBurger in LA if you ask me. I bet he could anchor the left side of the line.
  8. Yet again i will voice my support for taking stovall. And I agree any help on the o-line we can get immediately if for nothing else but to further assess JP as a QB.
  9. Very true. Henry was a very good back while he was here. Only he couldn't pass block or present a threat as a receiver out of the backfield, but no Bills fan with any objectivity can say he did not give his heart and soul to the team the guy played with a broken leg for god's sake. I'll never underestimate the demonizing of TH when a guy like EM (A+ character guy ) is being mourned when it looks like he may leave. TH wanted to be the guy in buffalo and it didnt happen EM just wants to take his ball and leave, and not compete to be the man. I can't wait till he gets to houston and Andre Johnson dominates the pass offense in a system that is known for its RBs. Is EM gonna stay on the sidelines and pout by week 8? You compared him to henry.
  10. i heard the deal has hit a snag because the phins require at least one arrest for domestic abuse and/or drug possession. When asked about the deal Head Coach Nick Saban said: "I don't know if Joey is the kind of character guy that have been apart of the Dolphin tradition over the last decade or so."
  11. sounds like another Texas o-lineman that spent a few years in buffalo.
  12. Its funny how the crowd had been chanting U-S-A! for Miller before the Olympics and now the kid couldn't stop a beach ball. It's time for marty to finish up the final stretch and be the man for the playoffs. Without his unreal winning streak this team is fighting for a playoff spot anyway, and not sitting at number 4.
  13. I work at a hotel and if you use a debit card to check in and decide to change payment types, then you may wait up to 30 days to get the funds we hold put back into your account.
  14. how many points do the devils have? We'll be at home in the first round thank you very much.
  15. This team is missing Hecht alot. That Dumont, Briere, Hecht line was dominating all comers before he got hurt. And Miller really has been playing inconsistently, but (like JP) he's young and needs to be in there throughout, even though i am a huge marty biron fan. But this team is just a bit snake bit right now, and are simply not capitalizing on as many chances as they were before. I think they'll be fine, and may not be elite but they are damn good. And in hockey the "elite" teams always seem to choke in the playoffs. Every year is Ottawa's year during the regular season and every year the playoffs tell a different story. Go Sabres.
  16. In a draft this deep a second rounder could pay off very nicely. Hopefully, Marv would use it on Sinorice Moss. He's an undersized, fast WR that has return skills, and that's what the Bills are missing.
  17. Well Marv started off very very smart so we've got a few years until he's in TDs IQ range.
  18. You take away Belichick's super bowls and he's sh------- too
  19. You mean kinda like the kool-aid that your boy TD was serving for 5 years? I remember alot of people asking the same qualification questions of one Theo Epstein. You're an idiot if you judge a GM before you get the opportunity to see the results on the field.
  20. Colin and Is Marv Awake? would be a helluva front office. Just like TD and Modrak.
  21. Oh and i forgot to add. You don't think that 4 consecutive SB berths are a good enough football reason to bring Marv in? He had to manage the Bickering Bills, and he also knows that they were as good as they were not only because of the skill positions (those are positions that supplied TD with an instant boner) but because the Bills of the early 90s had a dominant o-line. Gotta love the good ol boy system.
