Beane is not going after high priced free agents....he just isnt going to do it. He is going to continue to do what he has been.......spreading the money around on realistic contracts. The suggests I have seen on Kristian Kirk make sense to me and fill a need......a speed guy to stretch the defense .

Something very toxic about that Russ guy I enjoyed NFL Europe because I knew a few of the players that were playing over there personally and that made it fun to root for them People don’t get fired like him with the rumors that were spreading about him often I think we know exactly what kind of play person he was

Yeah Bates is not Groy......Ryan Groy didnt come in and immediately make the OL better. Have said that....I am for anything that improves the starters and depth on this line......let them battle it out

but its a positional coach position.....you would think Flores would be able to adjust to that.

This took a lot of work OP so while I dont think the do it I appreciate the effort. I have an overall view of what should be done in the offseason..... - Continue to biuld pass protection for Allen - Dont allow quality targets to falter while we are trying to figure out what to do with Bease and McKenzie...if possible IMPROVE upon them - We get virtually NO YAC yards in our offense.....it is done solely on Josh Allen's arm and then they get tackled....we need to figure out how to improve this - We shouldnt run the ball considerably more...but we should get MORE OUT OF THE TIMES WE DO IT....now some of this could come out of Kromer's run scheme (Kromer is a really good OL coach) - On defense....pass rush pass rush pass rush......guys that FINISH and not just get pressures......guys that are athletic and run down the Mahommes of the league when they run out of the pocket. (the amount of times that a DL missed Mahommes last game and let him make a play was deplorable

I agree that the management was bad and def contributed to this....and you can also say that poor drafting (which lends itself to poor management) contributes to this because they cant make a pick at say........18......cant end up being a playmaker for us Then the clownshow continued when we could get good free agents to come to Buffalo. I will never forget the time that a offensive free agent came out to take questions after meeting with management (forget the name of the player....he ended up being a scrub over time) he had this look on his face like "can I please just get the ***** out of here?"

It’s not that it’s not a need it’s that your chances of finding the type of impact player you need for pass rush that late is a real crapshoot you need to find the blue chip talent that is still on the board at 25 the only reason why Jameson at wide receiver would even be there is because of his injury
