There is absolutely NO reason to believe that Bates will not improve this line. This line sucked ass last year....Bates came in and the line immediately improved. Sorry if his name doesnt have that shiny new toy feeling to you but the product is much more important

I had Direct TV when they were going door to door selling their systems back in Cape Cod and was a customer for quite a number of years. They were great once upon a time......but somewhere along the way their service just turned to crap. When I moved I just cut them off and never looked back. So there is one other thing....if you rent and your landlord is willing to write a letter that Direct TV is not available in your area....they will override all this and let you use the streaming app.

Maybe I am just lucky...I dont have Direct TV and I am able to use the mobile streaming app on my ROKU TV. Been doing it for 2 years. The only complaint I have is I cant seem to barter with them on price.

You don’t need DIRECTV in order to have NFL Sunday ticket streamed there is an app for that and you can pay separately

And for a decent starting right guard its really not a lot of money Personally hope at this point we just keep him and see if Kromer can work his magic. Ford was much more palletable when he was a backup.

Just based off the contract I thought the bears would give him with money biult into the first year. The bears have cap space.

I am higher on Bates then most....has excelled every time he has been given a chance

I am not as high on Ike as some others.....but he isnt horrible he to me is exactly what a backup OL is supposed to look like on a good team

We will probably take either a OT or a OG in the draft at some point even with the signings.....but our starters appear to be set which is a good thing. Now....address corner please

Very happy with this Bates didnt just come in and fix our line towards the end of the year....the position flex he offers is so valuable......can play all the guard spots AND center without missing a beat.
