But Cook County state's attorney spokesman Tom Stanton said Barnaby should have to register "because of the proclivity of offenders who restrain children to also commit sex acts or other crimes against them." In the criminal case against him, Cook County Judge Patrick Morse said that "it's more likely than not" Barnaby planned only "to chastise the girl" when he grabbed her, but "I can't read his mind." "I don't really see the purpose of registration in this case. I really don't," Morse said. "But I feel that I am constrained by the statute." Recognizing the stigma that comes with being labeled as a sex offender, the appellate court said "it is [barnaby's] actions which have caused him to be stigmatized, not the courts."

I got there in '96 and fell in love with the place. I love college football and went to my fair share of games. Great economy, lots of things to do, and an abundance of hot college girls. With 2 all girl schools there, even BF could get lucky once in a while.

I volunteered to go back to active duty during the Afghanistan war. I ended up getting stationed at in intelligence center down in Atlanta. After that I moved to Myrtle Beach and eventually moved to NY to finish college. I miss NC and have a lot of great memories from my time there.

There are other reasons why I have chosen to pursue the surgery. I'm well aware of the horror stories, but have decided to take the risk. I value everyone's input in this thread. Thank you.
