It's disappointing that I will no longer be able to watch the simoncast on my kitchen tv at home. Either myself or my father would always turn it on, depending on which one of us got home first. We'd listen to it as we cleaned up, started dinner, whatever... Unfortunately for myself and other listeners, WGR doesn't come in down here in the southern tier. Hopefully everything will go great for you and someday you'll be able to make the jump back to TV. I wish you the best of luck!

It appears WGR has finally bought out the last of their competition. I wish they could keep the SimonCast on empire or FM 107. I can't pick up WGR where I live and if that doesn't change, this is the last i will ever hear of Howard Simon.

I ran into one of my professors in the hall way and he asked me if I have voted. I laughed and said ofcourse I'm going to vote. He smile and said, "I should have known, you're a veteran. But you'd be surprised how many of my students said they aren't going to vote today". I just shook my head and went on my way.

I saw a documentary on him and his prison. The man has some bleeding heart liberal critics who think its inhumane how he treats the prisoners.

I don't know about you but I wouldn't want to take homosexual ed in highschool. What 3% of the population does behind closed doors is their own business. No need to expose it to the rest of us. As for a parade... they are tax payers and should be entitled to a float. As for marriage... I consider that a religious issue to be decided by the church. I personally don't believe in civil unions but don't think its the place of the federal government to step in and say its wrong. Civil unions don't pose a threat or danger to society as I see it.

My brother was looking for extra tickets for the Jets game on ebay. Out of a stroke of luck, he found the 2 seats right next to us! The current bid was $40 and the auction ended in two hours. My brother was at work and couldn't bid while working. So he sends this guy out an email offering him $60 for both tickets. The seller wrote back saying no way, he was going to get much more for them. Make a long story short... the seats went for $42.
