This is such a non issue... I don't know why it keeps getting brought up. The bills are always selling out there games. The exception was Arizona on Halloween. A team like New Orleans will move long before Buffalo.
Orton was a heisman favorite coming into the season, and you're right, he has falling off the past few weeks. The way things are shaping up, he might be playing against Matt Leinart for the national championship. I think that's when he's going to really impress people.
My father and stepmother are both highschool teachers. It never seizes to amaze me when I hear their work stories.
1) School banned cell phones from class. Parents complained and now kids are allowed to have and use them during class. If you should get a call during a test, no problem... just go outside until you are finished talking.
2) One student was caught cheating on a test. Even though the kid admitted to cheating, his parents appealed and the teacher was told to pass the kid no matter what.
3) A mother told my dad her daughter didn't need to take US History because she was going to airline stewardess school in Florida after graduation. The school board forced the school to remove history from her core requirements for graduation.
I could go on but the point is the same. The taxpayer is always right and the teacher is always wrong.
I've seen just about every team in the ACC and Big East, but have never been to a Notre Dame game. I did however meet the real life Rudy. You sir are a lucky man! I'd hate to think how much those tickets cost you.
Ok.. now heres the kicker. If you did a test and knew your son/daughter would be gay. What would you do? Not have kids, try to genetically alter the kid (if possible), etc...
I managed to catch a few minutes of the news today. They said US troops have found some of the locations in Fallujah where these beheadings took place.
Don't even get me started on the ridiculous copyright laws of our country. I'd be thrilled if he used one of my pics on his website. It's not like he's making any money off of it.
Body of Secrets : Anatomy of the Ultra-Secret National Security Agency by JAMES BAMFORD
That has to be one of the best books I have ever read. I picked it up and really had trouble putting it down. I bought it off of half.com for like $5.
