  1. regardless of where he goes, hes going to be unbelievable. injury prone guy in college who didnt quite prove how good he is and will into the pros. think a better frank gore. no way he gets out of the top 10. I'll say #5 to Houston
  2. Harris and Clements?!?... The odds of shelling out $35 million in signing bonuses to 2 CB's are about the same as Oakland winning this years Super Bowl.
  3. whoa whoa whoa.... Ellison looks promising and has certainly made some plays, but if there is anyone on this team that looks like they may be the next real deal...its Crowell. If Ellison is going to replace anyone, my bet is on Spikes (as much as it pains me to say it)
  4. i was thinking more alternate return man behind justin miller..if there is such a thing
  5. if schobel doesnt get in...that would flat out ridiculous. the NFL sack leader deserves to go to the pro bowl... i think moorman, fletch, and schobel will get in with clements, evans, and parrish as alternates
  6. Not entirely true, while Schopp really comes across as a pompus a$$, I think Howard and Jeremy White in the morning are excellent. Jeremy is very funny and makes solid points.
  7. you got me...it really does seem like the SAME issue for boht buffalo franchises
  8. 1. Colts 2. Panthers 3. Broncos 4. Pitt 5. Giants Underrated AFC: Jax Underrated NFC: Bears Overrated: Seattle
  9. man..what a guy. clearly the heart and soul of the bills, certainly going to be missed
  10. the hell with jordan, martin, and dillon they all suck...have any of them had 100 yard games yet? jordan has looked really weak in a starting role martin's age is getting to him and dillon...all you need to do is watch the pats to realize somethings not right there.. lets be honest, cadillac and vick...yeah vick...may be two of the best RB's..yeah RB's....in the league..the defense will come together
  11. We were stomped in Tampa. It was awful to watch, in every phase we looked bad (McGee returning was the bright spot.) However, there is no way this team is that weak. There are too many leaders, too much talent for this to be a sub .500 team. You may say well, having a rookie QB may negate all the other talent, as it did in Tampa, but im a firm beliver that all JP has to do is manage games and we can win. Tom Clements is certainly at fault for the offensive production this week, but im also confident he will get on the same page with JP on how to run the offense best. I dont mean to preach to the choir, but every offense has a scheme in which its run best....we just havent figured that out yet...and we will, its only a matter of time before JP gets "it." On to my pt...the Bills need to beat ATL to prove they can play with the elite teams. If you look back at the last 2 seasons, the last time we beat someone who i consider "a strong contenter"..it would be week 1 '03 against new england. You can make a case that last years wins against new york and at cincy were impressive, but im talking elite, top teams. Beating ATL would be huge mentally for this team, esp. JP, as we have a number of winable games ahead of us. Going 2-1 may place us alone on top in the East if you look at next weeks opponents for NE, Mia, and NYJ. I would NOT want to be ATL this week as the Bills will come out pissed and ready to go. I guarentee the defense will not let another letdown happen again. Don't give up on this season yet. There's alot of football left and with a few adjustments, the Bills can make some major noise.
  12. agree 100%. No, there were no deep passes down field but if you look at the throws when he was 2-7 after 2-3 drives...any other reciever would have caught the pass to reed, it was a nice low throw. Freddy smith dropped a nice rocket over the middle. And if Lee doesnt get tripped up with that DB, that nice touch pass goes for 30 yards. I'd give JP a B in his debut.
  13. stevewin, regardless of my personal opinion of coy wire, that may have been the funniest post ive ever read on here. congrads on that excellent work.
  14. No but honestly buddy, why even bother posting that? Think about what you just said....Simon for Spikes...you gotta be kidding? Even if you heard it from the radio, do you really think that could be true? WGR just reported we traded 2 new footballs to Dallas to get Bledsoe back, then shipped Bledsoe to Indy for Manning. Go start a post about that
  15. i actually laughed out loud after reading that...hilarious.
  16. hilarious dude, Tiger really is big. His upper body strength IS part of the reason he is so solid from the rough.
  17. yeah reich should, but im guessing he wont. hansen should as well
  18. PLUS...we have a punter who can fumble the ball on the snap back, pick it up, and run 40 yards for a first down. Speeeeed baby
