Yea the 1st round CB and 2nd round WR are more than confusing... Other than last year, I can't remember a better opening 3 rounds for the Bills. And IMO, that's really what the draft is all about. Rounds 4-7 is a crap shoot where you may hit on 1 guy and the rest bust out. It's good to see we're targeting guys that may stick in the line-up as special teamers.

actually yea, one tall playmaking receiver goes a long way. the fact that our qb and rb are a year older, and the o-line is finally together over an offseason says a lot too.

This makes no sense though. All the experts on two bills drive didn't have ANY of these guys in their mock drafts, so how can they be good picks?! We are on a quick path to the #1 overall pick next year.

Love it. Our first 3 picks will play a lot next year. Hardy and McKelvin may both compete for the O and D ROY awards. The DE sounds like a pure pass rusher which is what we need. The other guys sound like effective role/depth players.

Can i ask why you think we wasted a high pick? When I think of a "wasted" pick, I immediately assume that we picked a player at a position we didn't need, or we could have gotten him much later on. In reality, we needed a top flight CB or WR (and got the position with the adequate value at #11) and we certainly could not have gotten McKelvin much later on (most mocks had him going top 10). So I guess I'm just confused by your logic.

Clements hands were way above average for a CB, and 6 INTs/year is also very solid. What percentage of INTs are incredible catches by CBs anyway? If you're in the right position, anyone will get their fair share of bad passes right to them and tipped balls.
