  1. Personally, I love Jabari. I know we are in solid shape behind him (Youboty, McKelvin, Corner), but Brady WILL be back next year and we need all the solid DBs we can get. I would certainly be in favor of throwing some money at him ASAP.
  2. I couldn't be more excited about that trio of guys. Love each one of them, and I think they have super bowl type of ability. Evans is STILL one of the more underrated receivers out there, and possesses top 5 talent if you ask me. If he was playing on a Dallas or Indy, it's scary to think of the numbers he could put up.
  3. Trent is on the front of ESPN.com
  4. The Jets have forever disgraced the "throwback" uniform.
  5. The question is does this guy possess enough self-awareness to realize he sounds like a complete jacka$$? Seriously, I'm not sure I've read so much garbage in my life. What a weird lifestyle it must be to sit at home on a computer, convincing yourself you are superior to all NFL scouts. Sooo strange...
  6. The Titans have a dominant D, and their offense has yet to lay an egg. We might be solid in all 3 phases, but for now you gotta give the nod to the team with the game-changing D.
  7. Dude, it's game #4 of the kid's career, noone is setting him up for anything. I agreed with this thread a few days ago, and still maintain that Hardy is going to break out soon, but the learning curve for a bigger receiver is greater than that of a small shifty guy (Jackson, Royal). Also, if Trent hits Hardy WIDE OPEN on the first drive, maybe the kid gets more confidence. But that's not a shot at Trent, he played a solid game.
  8. I'll say it again. The Jags, Radiers, and Rams in 3 consecutive weeks were tougher opponents than their records make them out to be. DESPERATION, and playing for one's job is a huge factor that cannot be overlooked. An average team would have gotten beat by now, but the 2008 edition of the Bills has the makings of something great for many many years.
  9. And let's just say Porter ends up being a really good player. Is it really EMBARRASSING that we took McKelvin? Is it really EMBARRASSING that Porter has 1 more INT through 4 games? Is it also EMBARRASSING that our "lack of ability to assess coverage talent" has led to the Bills having the 5th ranked pass defense? Or are just a huge !@#$ who like to rile people up?
  10. LOL at this thread. LaDarius = Tracy Porter It's the only explanation for this foolishness.
  11. It's definately not terrible. Evans, Lynch, Edwards, Whitner, Poz, or Stroud would be terrible. Fortunately, our corners may be the deepest unit on the team.
  12. Great work crayonz, man some of you are just suckers.
  13. I agree. We're getting too cute back there. With the amount of mistakes made today, it's awesome we won by 17.
  14. Timing was off, plain and simple. Something that can, and will be corrected with increased repititions.
  15. Dude... seriously get a grip. the guy was friggin unreal in college, THE BEST at those jump balls all over the field. the timing is off right now, that's all. the first pass way too high and he was wide open, and he struggled on 2 more just after that, but it's not like he was getting chances all game. go look at plaxico burress and brandon marshall's stats and expect the same type of improvement after hardy gets his feet wet a little. the 2nd round comment is just !@#$in retarded though, check out his college stats and ask me how he wasn't a 1st rounder...
  16. Looker was not really in a defenseless position, it was more of a typical collision. I highly highly doubt it.
  17. Also, it cannot be stressed enough the difficultly of playing against teams fighting for their jobs, with their backs against the wall. There are a TON of reasons why an 0-3 team with their coach on the hot seat, is a tougher opponent than an average 1-2 team. I commend the Bills and their staff for getting through what was a tough stretch of potential let-down games.
  18. This thread really irritates me. The NFL is a league that prides itself on parity and competitiveness. SD almost lost to Oakland the same way we did, Dallas & Green Bay got beat, Denver lost to a terrible team, ect...TAKE THE WINS ANY WAY YOU CAN GET THEM! Are there things that we need to work on? Of course, but we got the job done. This "shaky team" stuff is bull sh--. We're 4-0, one of 3 teams (if Pitt beats Balt.) in the whole damn league. Enjoy the ride folks.
  19. I was mainly referring to their defense, the one that surrenders 35+ points a game. I can't see them slowing us down at all. Maybe a "welcome to the NFL" game for Mr. James Hardy.
  20. Like the '03 Pats who lost by 31 to the Bills?
  21. good point, we will lose a game we would win 9 in 10 times, but I don't think it will be against the Rams. Gotta chalk SD as one of those games that will be tough too. Their offense can explode at any time.
  22. I saw that just now, !@#$ King. I'm confident we'll be fine. The Rams are bad. They don't have a bunch of fast playmakers that can make a difference like the Radiers do. Trent needs to take command of the offense, and there is no way our defense gives up more than 17 points.
