  1. seriously.. how is it that he's among the NFL leaders in most QB stats, but every game i've watched him play this year he's throwing HORRIBLE passes to the other team. with the exception of that joke of a game against the cards, he's been downright mediocre.
  2. Since I see people talking about this in every single thread, I figured I'd start one to get some solid discussion on it. Jackson is standing out, playing fantastic football. Lynch is a workhorse, and already has a bunch of touchdowns, but I think people are starting to get concerned that a guy with his talent should have a higher YPC. I still maintain, and I don't think many can argue, that our run-blocking is mediocre. How much is that holding back Marshawn? Is Jackson really "better" than Marshawn at finding the open holes? It should be noted that I think Marshawn can be a top 5 back in this league no question, and Jackson has Thurman-like hands coming out of the backfield. At the end of the day, it's a fabulous situation, but what should the Bills next move be? Upgrading the O-line ASAP or giving Fred more carries?
  3. TKOs first game as a Bill was ridiculous. Didn't he have 2 INTs and a sack in the 31-0 Pats thrashing?
  4. Skip Bayless is the same fu(ktard who claimed Vince Young was the best QB in football and he would take 30+ guys over Lebron James to start an NBA franchise. He says dumb sh-- to get attention and it works. He really might be the biggest retard on ESPN right now.
  5. because theyre 4-2 and can't win on the road.
  6. I don't know. What happens if Fred Jackson gets hurt? What I do know is that this team is close, and the NFL is fickle. Adding TG could create a whole new dimension to our offense, and a hell of a check down option for Trent. I always thought that good drafting/scouting led to good depth. And once you have some good depth, you can swap that for areas that need major improvement. Again, I really love Freddy. But I'm definately OK with a little more Marshawn, a little more Omon, and inserting TG into our offense.
  7. We have Marshawn Lynch, enough said. If we had a fringe starter who split carries with a guy like Freddy, it would be a different story. But Marshawn is a workhorse who can pound it 20+ times no problem. I get this feeling that people are getting a little discouraged with him for some reason because he hasn't put up Michael Turner like numbers, but he and O-line will eventually get it going, which is why Jackson's value isn't quite as high as we think.
  8. Jesus H Christ, cmon guy. Jackson behind only Edwards? How about Evans who was first in the AFC in yards coming into this week? Listen I love Freddy Jackson, and he's a helluva back-up running back. He may even become a solid starter someday. But if we could swap our back-up RB for Tony frigging Gonzalez, you pull the trigger.
  9. There's one thing to really like a guy and hope he doesn't get dealt, but this is ridiculous. If you can't see how getting TG wouldn't help our team, then I really don't know what to say. Our TEs are horrible.
  10. uhh cause thats not how trades work. you give up an asset to get an asset.
  11. Denver was "lucky" against San Diego. We scored more points than the other team 4 times this year. How that's lucky is beyond me...
  12. The St. Louis game was a complete aberration. There were about 6-7 plays ran by the offense that were big time calls in the perfect spot that didn't go our way. A few throws to Hardy, a couple Peters' holds, ect. that game should of been over in the 1st quarter but we just didn't execute. That game, in my opinion, was coached fine by Buffalo.
  13. Yea they are. Define the word "good". 4-1 is good any way you swing it.
  14. I agree with 99% of that, but not sure how you can hate on Brian Westbrook. The guy does it all, and he's the best at it. He's the NFLs best weapon, and he keeps his mouth shut and plays football.
  15. what can you say about this guy tonight. shades of USC.
  16. Well said, I agree.
  17. Evans is first in the AFC in yards, on an average offense. He's a stud and I'm glad he's locked up.
  18. I saw some speed and cuts, he just need to break one to get some confidence.
  19. So we don't have the 32nd ranked defense and we're not going to go 4-12? This is news to me.
  20. Is this how some people cope with and justify losses? Predicting mediocre results for the remainer of the year? You're a joke of a fan.
  21. The 4 Super Bowl Bills teams lost by 20+ 5 times. It's really not a big deal on the road, without our QB. Some people really need to get a grip.
  22. lol you are a miserable human being. someone looks like a HOFer after a 13 yard gain? really?
  23. This team is crazy young, I'm afraid they don't have the name recognition yet, but there is TONS of Pro-Bowl talent. Whitner, Poz, Evans, Lynch, and Edwards will all make a Pro-Bowl in time. This year? Lynch and Evans have realistic chances, so does Stroud. Schobel and Peters might get in if their play improves/name recognition. If we go 13-3, it will be hard to deny Trent. Good things ahead!
