I have herd that RW is very pleased with Donahoe when it comes to how the Org. is ran. NOT the product on the field, nor free agency, personel, draft etc. I hear if a change is made it will be to remove the "GM" Title from Donahoe and just make him President of the Bills. That would mean ALL personel, Coaching and drafting duties goes to the new GM. This meaning TD is completely out of that part of it. I would presume that Modrak would step up to GM and take over those parts. I for one have no problem with that. I just do not see RW Canning TD outright. Thoughts?

Scott, Mike williams is TOO SLOW. He is WAY too slow at RT. And you want to move him against the Best/fastest pass rushers? No way brother. I know you are all into "but we spent this much time on him at RT" and all, but his genetics say Guard.

It's not that I didn't enjoy the win. You should have heard me screaming like a friggin girl while Mcgee was running back the kick. Yelling "Yeah Fugg you Cards" as WM crossed the goal line. What I AM saying is don't mistake this team for a good team. We are not right now and won't be until some changes are made. I've still gotta say no to MW being a tackle. He is too BIG for OT's these days. Pass rushers are way to fast. DT's are getting HUGE Across the board. I would feel much better with a Smart, Strong and BIG Center along with MW and Villarial covering the middle.

If you continue to do what you have always done, you will get the results you have always had. We MUST make some definitive changes. #1 and #1a is QB and OL. I still don't like our DB's as a whole.
