People take team sports WAY too serious. You never hear a guy getting pissed and shooting some Shot putter for not placing 1st. Yeah a lame attempt to be funny while proving a point People take this stevestojan way too seriously. Believe it or not I do NOT push my kids to be athletes. That is/ was MY path. (side note I even made all state BAND for Gods sake!) I let them choose. I love them no matter what. In fact my boy and I are going to have a heart to heart about the situation. I can tell he isn't happy with it at all.

Auburn gained points and took some from both USC and OU by NOT playing this week. As close as Auburn is to OU I have a feeling they bypass OU in BOTH Polls with a win over Georgia. Man that would suck. Get bypassed because you are winning? I'd like to see Some of these teams go into Stillwater or College station and try winning there. It's flat out tough. I am NOT by any stretch saying Auburn isn't great, they are, but damn. Penalise a team because they won ON THE ROAD against teams that are top 25 teams AND always play you well?
