PLAYING is the only way. JP has a fire that rothlesburger does NOT have. He is not the same QB. JP will be a lot like Favre on the field. Rothlesburger is more like Manning in most ways. Bledsoe is done. When they pulled him and put in JP...that was the final nail in the coffin. JP will get much better with the more snaps he takes. We still have people dissing the kid for last night. He was on the sidelines in SWEATS for Gods sake. He has taken virtually NO Snaps in practice. They told him they were going with Mathews. then BANG! Throw him in there. I'm sorry folks that wasn't right by the coaching staff at all. I would almost bet Wyche is sitting up there going 'WTF??? Look the season is over. All playoff hopes are now officially breasts up Time to build. I for one want to see JP take all the snaps this week. See him start AT HOME Against St. Louis and go from there. We do this and by the end of the season I see JP giving us some really good vibes for next year.

I see how some are quoting Losman with his leg. Well what I am listening to right now is him saying he favored the leg and shouldn't have. He expected it to hurt BUT IT DIDN'T! He says 'I just gotta get it outa my head (the leg) and just gotta play football the way I know how' so the leg is a MENTAL issue and HE knows it. Also I noticed on a couple of plays he was talking to the OL men. The guy is pissed and says it was a learning exp and doesn't want fans thinking that is how JP losman plays because it isn't. So, the leg is good from a physical standpoint, he is just favoring it mentally and knows he shouldn't. He was thrown in with ZERO preperation esp with the coaches saying they were going with Mathews. if after all of that info you still bash Losman, you have problems. Give the kid a full week of reps and let's see what happens. BTW...I wonder....if they were going to go with mathews then all of a sudden throw JP in there....who made the call? You didn't see stevestojan. Give us all a break. The kid hasn't been allowed to take more than 1-2 snaps in practice due to them trying to pimp bledsoe. Let the kid play for awhile and actually get practice before bashing him.

Look, Everyone knows I want JP in there. Personally I am glad and pissed. I hear JP say he is still bothered by his leg. JP...here is a note for you...you are still gonna hurt for months. MONTHS. That does NOT mean you are not healthy/healed. All of that aside, the only alarming thing I am hearing is he only gets a couple of snaps in practice? He was not notified he would be going in until they just did it? So the COACHING STAFF throws him out there with NO preperation? WTF is that? Again I am all for him STARTING this week. The ONLY way a QB or any other player develops is ON THE FIELD. Nothing less than that will help him to develop. But damn, give the guy some reps before throwing his ass out there! We all know the bledsoe era is all but over now. To me....JP being out there was a statement to the fans of the Buffalo Bills that the Administration and coaching staff now know it too and are admiting it. Now let JP have all the reps this week, simplify the game plan and lets move on.
