At least we can breathe. -
6'4" 240? Sorry bud that isn't 'big' at all. And yes I would bet several on this board could hand him a beating he couldn't take. stevestojan, I was taking on 6' to 6'2" 250+ guys in high school at national tournaments. Now if the guy was say 6' or so and about 265 AND A K1, UFC fighter....maybe we are talking something. But a QB? Dude....

Yeah I guess this guy missed several of our 'good' posts. Hell we were ripping each other last week on this board weren't we? BTW....I say ban ALL smoking period so I guess we need another room LOL! -
Don't be a dick. You can tell the kid means it.
-
Dude I just told you. He says when it's time to go home (at the end of the day) It actually means it's time to study more! Watch more film, study more of the playbook etc. That is an attitude that STARS in this league adapt.

30 in his last 35? Christ... -
If you say so 'guest'. Funny how it is presumed that those not a profootball player can't beat ass. I know some guys right here in Tulsa that would beat ass on any Bills player out in the street. No rules folks. Some people just beat ass for a living, some play football.

LT we both know there is post damage soreness. We had to get through it and so does any athlete. Now I am willing to bet that you, like me, didn't have the best doc, trainers, 24/7 care, help and rehab JP did. The kid is fine. After he got into battle and found out all was well, he is fine. This also sets him up for the future. Kelly played with busted limbs and JP will have to also. That is the nature of playing in the NFL. I think he has found now he can do it.

Good one! -
I know I wasn't exactly thrilled. It beat RJ that was for sure, but then reality set in.
-
Now risin what does Boomer know?
-
he says something to the effect that 'when it's time to go home at the end of the day, it's actually time to keep reviewing tape etc....' You gotta love it.
-
I think it has always been there, but I agree this really pissed him off. He is a competitor and not doing well ALWAYS fires a competitor up. did you see the interview? This kid wants to get back out there.
-
Nor am I. Re read the post, It was aimed at the assclown that keeps posting about when to start JP like he knows something. The guy doesn't even listen to what JP has to say. but hey...he knows better than JP when JP should play. And let me add if the GEEK knew anything about athletics he would know the ONLY way to get better at doing something is to DO IT. Not 'practice it' under safe conditions...DO IT.
-
Yeah GEEK. As in John clayton, never played sports but is an expert geek. BTW...I was talking to FFS, but since you jumped in are you feeling that this might apply to you for some reason? hummmm...
-
Who knows?
-
Hey FFS Losman says you are full of stevestojan. Go listen to his new QandA Session. He IS Ready, just give him some snaps in practice. Playing in real games at real speed is the ONLY WAY! Even losman says so. Too bad the rookie gets it and the geeks behind the keyboard typing out an essay on every damn post doesn't
-
He gave a little Q&A Session a little while ago. I really want this kid to play. I see a kid with all the skills RJ had and then some, but other than looks....the comparisons STOP there. This kid has fire. He has heart and a sharp mind. You can just see in his eyes he is gonna do what needs to be done. He addresses his leg. As for as he knows he has full release and is NOT being limited in practice. he felt NO PAIN at NE. the leg got hit and he felt NO PAIN. NO swelling, NO soreness after. he addresses the fact that he was not in a right place mentally because of concern for the leg. He now knows it's a non issue and he should go out there and put it behind him. Practice? he has had next to NONE leading up to NE. He and mathews shared some time on the Scout team. Way to go MM! Put a fuggin rookie in with no practice. Nice move jackass! :I starred in Brokeback Mountain: And this is just for Fake Fat Sunny....He says there is NO WAY TO SIMULATE THE CONDITIONS OTHER THAN TO......PLAY! HA! Even a damn rookie gets it! Bottom line this kid was fugged by this staff. If they would let him have most of the reps this week I bet he could start. Hell listen to him, you can tell he is itching to get back out there. He says he hasn't slept well since then because his performance bothered him. Fuggin Sweet! Been a long time since we had a QB that was that damn concerned! Lastly, listen to what he says about 'when it's time to go home'....this kid is gonna be good folks!
-
Uh yeah they do and it's called 'that's why you make the big bucks'
-
Start him ASAP, that is the ONLY way he can be 'ready'

[There will be no better LT than Jennings available in FA simply because teams don't let guys like that hit the market. And w/o a 1stround pick we are not going to found a LT better than Jennings in the draft either. So the Bills are simply going to have to bite the bullet and pay him to stay. As for his injury problems, that's why TD acquired MPrice to back up both Tackle spots. I think we pay Jennings to stay with the knowledge we have Price as a back-up when he gets hurt, give BigMike one more year to show up in shape and work with McNally and then address the LG position in FA. I think adding a more mobile, versatile (not to mention experienced) LG while subtracting one of the NFL's very worst QB's will do wonders for this offense. 122070[/snapback] Good points, but my concern is Jennings doesn't stay healthy. MW worrys me brother. After his bs this offseason I am still none to happy with him. But, I will say one way or the other we need ONE Starter at LG and he isn't on this roster (sans a move by Williams to LG). We have one for passing, one other one for the run game (Comments made by Wyche this week I believe). That means we really don't have one. Granted this was the year to see what we had. LG MUST be addressed. Personally? When JP gets back there this OL will somehow become 'all pro'. Dude did you see how fast this kid gets out from under center? DAMN! Some people don't understand that it doesn't just help against the rush, but it gives JP that one more split second to read the D after he has set his feet. It was amazing to watch. Something else, JP burns a couple teams with his feet and that all out blitz stevestojan will stop as well.
-
Bottom line, we needed a Veteran HC. Hell I would have taken Mora over this joker. Hey at least it would have been fun!
-
I have to say BULL stevestojan! Why? Like SIMON Said....teams now know Bledsoe can't beat us. They will run a hybrid 4-4 scheme on us. NO Team can run when 5 are blocking 8. OR even 6 on 8 with the other 3 committing to the run when they see it happen. You must PASS to get them out of there. Bledsoe can't do it. Teams know it.

I'm sorry, I really had a hard time understanding how you really feel with this post. Look The changes I make are 1) A Franchise type LT. Jennings is gone. I personally like the guy IF he can stay healthy. But he balked at the money TD offered so I bet he is gone. 2) Mike williams is a GUARD. You and I have both adressed this issue about him being too big, too slow to handle speed rushers consistantly. We are going to field a rookie QB here soon. I would feel much better if LG and both Tackle positions were taken care of. MW to LG, Price to RT does 2/3's of it. That said...Funny isn't it Simon... how we can see Bledsoe has all the time in the world to throw....AGAIN....and still sucks. But hey our OL sucks.
