T-Bone

I watched the special extended edition yesterday and was wondering if anybody had this same thought. They cut, for the release, Christopher Lee's big scene where Gandalf and the others have their final confortation with Sauron, and restored it for the DVD. After watching that scene, I cannot believe they cut that and kept all those false endings, e.g. Sam returning to his home and family after seeing Gandalf, Frodo, and Bilbo off to the elf land. Why would Jackson keep all those boring final scenes and cut Lee's scene which really improved the film with it in?

He is an ND alumni and I think that this was his dream job...NFL teams should have been willing to wait until after the Super Bowl and they could have got him..their loss.

Well from what I have been reading in the Sporting News, teams are regretting not waiting until after the Super Bowl in making their Head Coaching picks....I would think that Weiss and Crennel want to be in the NFL, not college.

Why would Weiss go to Notre Dame when he is assured of getting some NFL Head coaching job offers?

I loved the first two Blade films and will be going tomorrow...Wesley Snipes is perfect as Blade, kind of sad that they will be stopping at three films....

I had the impression from the commerical that ABC was giving you another chance to catch the clues....which if true, is kind of a lame way to justify re-runs...

I am quite sad to see Law and Order guys like Alaska Darin break the laws on harassment and discrimination...guess some laws are ok to be broken Just as bad you got the other L and O boys, BiB and DC Tom breaking laws on libel and false accusations..... Gee what happened to I always uphold the law that you "gentlemen" were spouting off against Tracy Lee???? And I find it amusing that Patriots fans are more upbeat about the Bills than these so called true blue fans....

The Bills are going to finish 10-6 and beat the Steelers by 3 points in Buffalo. They will draw the Colts and beat them in OT by a field goal. Given some of the "predictions" on this board, I say that I probably know as much about football as anybody else on the board and if I am going to make some wild predictions, LET'S BE FREAKING POSITIVE ABOUT THE BILLS FOR A CHANGE!
