  1. Agree that Beane needs to be keenly aware of the weaknesses here. People think the window is open as long as JA is here? i’m not so sure it will be as open for the long duration people think. But i do know this coming 2025 season they are absolutely going to be a top team again, and 2026, the first season in the new stadium they will have a great chance to win it all. It’s going to be a special year. Beyond that, things will likely decline. That’s just my opinion. Beane had better use all the resources at his disposal to get this D to championship caliber, and to add some. alia le pieces to the O.
  2. We’re all just assuming the Bills will run it back, no changes. I think that’s the course. But any chance you just see McD up and leave due to burnout or something? or get fired? Beane? Any big name players out the door other than maybe Von, Milano, Hamlin?
  3. I’m accepting of it. This wasn’t 13 seconds-like. This wasn’t a fluky win for KC so it’s easier to wash it off and move on. It was obvious from the first 4 mins of the game KC was more composed, better coached, better prepared. Credit the Chiefs, and credit the Bills for hanging in there and even making Kansas City and their fans sweat it out.
  4. From the 30,000 foot view, I thought Kansas City looked like the better club. They were composed from the very beginning, they made their effective plays look easier, Bills OLine did not dominate like I thought they would, Bills DLine was held at bay most of the time, KC had better coaching overall and certainly situationally. Mahomes looked better than Allen overall, not by much but he did. I would be a lot more upset if the Bills lost on a fluke...But they did not. I understand the 4th and 1 call was huge, but maybe we could've pushed Josh for a full extra yard and not made it a judgement.
  5. They have made this point ad nauseum on the ESPN morning talk shows the past couple days. They can't get past the fact Allen had the ball in his hands for the final potential GW drive and didn't get it done.... regardless of play calling, poor line play, guys dropping passes, etc.. It's like his legacy was re-written in the wrong direction.
  6. Go out and buy a good WR for Allen.. but I'd spend draft picks to find long, rangy, hard hitting DB's. We just suck on the back end so bad. When the Bills play the quality teams there are guys just wide open everywhere.
  7. I think we all know the window will be open in 2025, and I believe they will have a good team for the first season in the new stadium 2026. These will both be Super Bowl or bust type seasons. But let's not fool ourselves. After that, Allen will be north of 30 i think, he will be wiser but a little bit less athletic...the other clubs around us aren't getting worse. Instead of having to go through KC and Baltimore there might be a few more heavy contenders by then. The Bills have let some of their best years with Allen come and go without a SB appearance. I'm not assuming Josh will ever get there,,,
  8. Orlovsky did say today that the Bills are the most haunted franchise and Allen the most haunted QB in league history.
  9. The only way they’re beating KC in the playoffs is if the Bills really get stout on defense, like KC and Philly. Allen still in his prime years, we get them at home, and just blow them out like 34-13 or something. Any kind of game where the Bills and Mahomes are trading the lead, its going their way in the end.
  10. Anyone else seen that graphic of all NFL team point differential since 2020? The Bills are so far ahead it’s like they lapped the field. This era Bills will go down as the best 5 years in NFL history to never make a SB appearance. Makes me mad, but they’ve had an excellent run of success.
  11. Well i said back in preseason minicamp i think we win 10 games, 11 if the ball really bounces our way. We won 13. I also said that 2025 would be our big year. So we actually are ahead of the reset schedule imo. But that doesn’t mean we will win 13 games again, i just think they start the season with a more talented team than we ended this season with.
  12. I didn’t like Mcdermott’s answer last night about the Tush pushes. He was like yeah maybe we should have switched up some formations. Do they even talk about this stuff during the week? From the very first one it was apparent KC figured it out, and had the beef on the DLine to stop it.
  13. Man it’s tough to put a number on how long the window is open? We just got bounced with a healthy Cook, healthy Oline, WRs relatively healthy Josh and most players other than a couple DB’s. Who knows about next year or beyond if guys get hurt. They still might need to go through KC, Baltimore, Cinci, etc.. nothing is a given.
  14. I just watched PTI and Michael Wilbon was so complementary of Allen. Like over the top that he played an awesome game but the Chiefs are just a little better. I dunno, i thought Allen left some plays out there but in the end he led us to 29 points. It just seems like the Bills (not him) shrink in the pressure moments while KC lives for it and rises up in those same moments.
  15. I’m with you on this. I was a massive Beane backer. But there are some serious cracks and if they don’t get fixed this foundation will fall down.
  16. After the Detroit game, they changed things up, became more run oriented. I get why they did that, especially since the division was wrapped and the 2 seed was looking inevitable. Josh didn't have to do much. I dunno, it felt like a long layoff between having to play high level QB. I didn't think the Bills played all that great in the Denver game yet we blew them out late. I did not think Josh threw the ball well vs Baltimore. He came out last night nervous as hell. He seemed to be getting his mojo back in the late first half and second half last night. Then the failed 4th and 1 looking to build the lead. That hurt bad. and the Kincaid drop on an amazing throw was just the last straw,
  17. The back shoulder fade or whatever is not even a pass that Allen specializes in,,, is it?? Our guy is not a finesse thrower of the football.
  18. I was happy we beat Denver and Baltimore of course,,, but during the games i didn't feel the joy of watching sports...i just feel nervous and anxious during the games until they are either a blowout in our favor or the clock shows 0:00. Same as last night. It shouldn't be that way but it's the expectations of either win it all or failure. Sometimes i turn my head away or look at my phone while listening to the call on TV.
  19. Kincaid, Keon and Cooper are on my sh*t list. Just not good enough at all in the biggest game. Meanwhile KC's role receivers are making plays all over the place.
  20. Nice. But unless Bills fans are stepping in to supplement the donations,, i hope Camp Puzzle Peace has a good use for the couple hundred bucks that will come from Ravens fans.
  21. Allen could have walked that ball down there and flipped the ball into Dalton Kincaids outstretched hands from 5 yards away. It was not a hard catch. I mean it was incredible to get that pass off and put it right there where no KC player was standing. SMH.
  22. The fact that Kincaid slaps his head, you know he feels it should have been caught. It would have looked like a great play on replay but honestly it was not that hard of a catch. A hard catch would be what Xavier Worthy did earlier in the game. Also noticeable on that play is what an insane throw that was by Allen and that throwing it to Shakir seems good on paper but i can't see how he could've thrown that ball to his left. The pressure was on him instantly. I don't think he could have made that pass to Shakir.
  23. Matt Hasselback was comparing Buffalo's tush push to Philadelphia's. He said the Bills were so predictable and did a terrible job last night. He broke down the formations and exactly what they did. What a terrible coaching job by the Bills in preparation for last night.
  24. Yep. I'd bet if they simulated this in a scrimmage any of the TE's and WR's would make that catch 9 out of 10,,, maybe 10 for 10. The degree of difficulty was certainly harder than Mark Andrews drop a week ago, but this is a flat out drop for an NFL receiver. Just terrible in the biggest moment of the season.
  25. Bruh, catch the ball. it’s right there served up for you.
