  1. Its funny, Dungy and the people on NBC highlights love Tyrod while some people here just have to nitpick him to death. He's a solid QB and his game is to limit mistakes. That's the key in the NFL if I really need to spell it out. Don't turn the ball over and hope you can create a few in your favor. That's the recipe.
  2. A really big swath of no population land-mass will see this game......and then Cali and NYS will make up the majority of eyes...
  3. So may of these big name QB's throw out stinkers all the time.. i.e. Cam, Eli, Philip, Big Ben, Dalton, Mariota, Flacco, Palmer, Cousins, Winston and even Russell Wilson. All i know is when Tyrod has a poor game or his receivers stink, he gets lambasted here as NOT the answer. Meanwhile when i look up his rankings he's usually in the top 5 or 6 of AFC QB rating. If your TT, Just don't turn the ball over. I think that makes up for any perceived lack of yardage numbers. Protect the ball, make a few throws, use his legs a bit...and he's a solid QB. Believe me, Denver or Baltimore would love to have a QB like Tyrod right about now.
  4. Tyrod looked like Steve Young this weekend when compared to some of the awful QB play around the league this past Sunday.. We are fortunate to have him.
  5. It's a tie between Zay Jones and Terrell Pryor as to who is more nervous these days when they see the ball thrown their direction.
  6. Man, those Bills wins over Atlanta and Denver are looking more pedestrian every week. At the time we thought they were sure fire playoff teams
  7. 4 penalties for 35 yards. Just awesome to see them cleaning up that mess
  8. Glad the Raiders won. Now they dont come to buf on a huge losing streak.
  9. I will say this regarding the Tampa game. This is where the Bills have teased us in the past. Making us think they are decent. This game they *should* win, be 4-2 and in the thick of the race for another week. But so often during the drought they will lose a home game like this for inexplicable reasons. I'm definitely worried because teams coming off the bye week or 10 day layoffs look unprepared and (not intense) out of the gate. The Bucs are coming off a very tough loss against a team they should have beaten. They are going to be intense from the opening snap and not looking to lose a 3rd straight game. We'll see if McDermott can get this across to his team. The Bills loss to Cincy is way in the rear-view mirror to many of these players. This game will tell me a lot about the 2017 Bills. If they lose I expect them to be around a 7-9 club.
  10. Yep, Atlanta and Denver wins are completely discredited now. But the Jets win looks a little better than it did.
  11. Im more worried about the bye week. Teams coming off bye or 10 day layoff look horrible coming back. Just lazy and unprepared teams. McD needs to have these guys ready to pummel Jaemis or Fitz.
  12. Thats a good call. The D cant just steamroll the QB like that when he gives himself up.
  13. I started Wentz and Jeffery in fantasy. Thats all I care about. This just in. Wentz is the real deal.
  14. ....so Chris Foerstar called Harvey Weinstein early yesterday and said 'you think you had a bad day'?? "HOLD MY BEER!"
  15. It's funny. All this QB talk and the QB of the future here might just be standing on the sidelines right now holding a clipboard. Ya just never know.
  16. Yep. Been saying it for 5 games now. The O-coordinator stinks this year. Tyrods game is all about taking off, creating on the run, making teams fear his ability to keep the ball. Hes cemented in the pocket this year. Awful.
  17. Andy Reid runs such a precise and efficient operation there. They just dont beat themselves with dumb mistakes. Even their emergency FG kicker comes in and just boots them right down the middle like its nothing. Tampa would kill for that guy right about now.
  18. At this point maybe its better that KC beats all the other AFC wannabes. They are gonna make the playoffs, prob win their division. The draft pick will be in the first round its up to Buffalo to nail it.
  19. You cant. But also not a fair comparison with 30 other starting QBs either. Other than Brady. Every team is searching for the next Rodgers, not just Buffalo
  20. Tyrod is T-mobile at home and T-tractor on the road. There just no explosiveness in road games and its in large part the WRs and this Dennison offense. Its like Tyrod is chained in cement in the pocket. And OMG, they have Tolbert split out wide on some pass routes? Seriously?
  21. 3-2 at the bye. With the offensive personnel right now they could easily be 1-4. Ill take it. Learn from it McD and Dennison and regroup. Sorry, guys like Tolbert cannot be involved in the passing game. And Tyrod needs to run more, if he gets hurt then so be it but scrambling is his game
  22. What I fail to understand is why Tyrod is not taking off and running more. Is he being told to stay in the pocket and go through progressions? If so thats a big fail by Dennison. Tyrods game is taking off and running when things break down. Thats when he has success
  23. Dude they have 1 AFC loss. I agree its bad if they manage to win 6-7 more games and it comes down to tie breakers. But even I can understand why a 3-2 club coming out at home after the bye week isnt replacing its starting QB.
  24. They have a bye then playing Tampa at home. They arent just handing over the keys to Peterman. Sorry. TT played like crap today but a home game vs Tampa could be an entirely different story
  25. This one hurt. Ball bounced our way a lot. Didnt take advantage. Big AFC loss which will really hurt should this team actually win 6-7 more games
