I do think the D will figure things out as they infuse some new guys into the mix. I don't think they will be the consistent pushovers they have been. I also believe the Bills O line is too good to be this mediocre. They've downright struggled for chunks of games. The receivers are what they are, and injuries aren't helping. At least get open on the short routes and make themselves available. Josh sounds like he's going to get back to hyping up the guys and at least trying to have fun. I think he gets into his own head a bit when things go wrong...he gets upset with himself more than anything. Mahomes admitted to his frustrations last season and said this season he simplified things and is playing fast. Allen needs to do the same, the ball needs to come out of his hand faster or he needs to take off and run sooner.

I think it's actually a good time to play Carolina. NFL teams who are in the "average" category often regress back to where they belong after a nice win or two. Having won three in a row, the Panthers are definitely due for a correction. Likewise the Bills, but in the other direction.

The penalties are annoying the hell out of me. Last season the Bills were so successful in large part to 3 things. They took the ball away, they did not give the ball away, and they did not get overly penalized for dumb stuff and pre-snap idiocy. This season all the fundamentals are gone. Plus I could come up with a better play calling sheet and schemes than our professional coaches by using ChatGPT.

I don't disagree but it just eliminates the depth and rotation... there will be more injuries at LB this season. As much as people are frustrated with Bernard he did save the Miami game. He can make some splash plays now and then.

Palmer, Samuel, Bernard and Kincaid really hurt the team when they can't play. Advantage Carolina. Samuel is a guy that Josh trusts. Milano i don't ever expect back, therefore not disappointed when he's out. Happily surprised when he's in.

The Bills will be locked in this week on winning this Carolina game as much as any regular season game in recent seasons. If the Panthers beat them, then the massive Bills regression will be full steam ahead. A loss will mean we can all look forward to the new stadium because that will be the next huge moment involving the club.

Solid points all around. What irks me is that when Mahomes went through a couple "normal" seasons but not fantastic in 2023 & 2024....they still get the #1 seed and make Super Bowls. Defense matters.

Pretty good comparison. All i know is that I cannot recall an NFL team that has been as statistically dominant as the Bills in the early 2020's (compared to the rest of the NFL)...and not made a finals (Super Bowl) appearance. They even have some great playoff success,,, just can't get by one team when it matters most.

While Detroit doesn’t have all their D talent on the field, they make up for it with tremendous effort. They are hustling to the ball like crazy

Wow, Bucs got the short end tonight of two really close calls that were called in their favor on the field. very unusual. Detroit was hosed last week at KC and they are getting the benefit of the doubt tonight. i’ve never seen them reverse a call on the field that close

Too close to call seems like they will stick w the call on the field for a Tampa first down.

Weird half. Detroit had two TDs but i think had the ball in Tampa territory at least four other times and zero points.
