I use a turkey fryer burner, and a Wok to make wings at tailgate parties. The Wok uses less oil,and its footprint makes an unhappy oil spillover less likely.

I hate to hear this crap. I believe that as Bills fans, we are Ambassadors for the city of Buffalo, and should act accordingly. Ditto for the out of town fans. It's unfortunate that the rotten underbelly of society also attends sporting events, but I don't let it paint all fans of opposing teams with a broad brush.
Anchor Bar wings are somewhat undercooked, and therefore, they have a 'soggy' texture.
Duffs wings are much better. My tailgate wings are better than Duffs. :-)
