  1. We don't deserve to be in the playoffs. Nuff Said. And like I've said all season long and got blasted. Everyone has there head in the sand when we're winning, but bledsoe sucks and will continue to suck.
  2. Bossman isn't a genius. It's pretty obvious isn't it. I've been saying it all season long. Even getting blasted when we were beating bad teams. But even then, it was the defence and special teams.
  3. Half time adjustments......that's gold Jerry, gold!! So was the first possession of the second half the most important part of the night!
  4. I'd give up all my Canadian Tire Money.
  5. Come on people....who says were not HAPPY??? Get that thru your thick skulls. I'm VERY HAPPY...I'm going to the SF game this weekend. Travelling 100 of miles! I AM HAPPY That the Bills are winning. But should we put our heads in the sand and pretend everything is great? We can sit here and masterbate about how good the bills are, or talk about things that may cause us problems in future games. And the way I see it, a problem for us will be when the special teams can't score our defence can't score for us and we're forced to rely on our offense. That day may never come, and if not, I'll be super happy. But if it does, I wonder if we can succeed if we are forced to rely on our offence.
  6. The guy is not being negative. I'm sure he's cheering as hard for the bills as anyone on this board. But when he says the Bills are winning with Smoke and Mirrors. I agree. Can we win when we lose the turn over battle or come up even in turnovers and our special teams don't score for us? That remains to be seen. We've been winning with extraordinary special teams and extraordinary defence. Can those two units continue to play at that hight of level? That is my concern? But that doesn't mean we're not cheering hard for the Bills.
  7. comparing Drew against Brady how funny. I don't recall the numbers, but wasn't belichek 5-20 or something like that with Bledsoe and 20-5 with Brady. The numbers are off, but you get the point. I can't believe that Bledsoe plays a few mediocre, acceptable games where he limits his mistakes, and does not loose the game for us (for once!) and he's being compared to a 2 time Superbowl Champion and a MVP QB. Brady had a bad game. They all do that once in a while. You win 20 bazillion straight games, it's pretty easy to let one get away against a sub-par team. Even the magnificent Jim Kelly would lay a turd once in a while. The denial on this board runs deep. If you want to compare Bledsoe to anyone, lets start with Trent Dilfer. Because basically that's what Bledsoe looks like to me. A liability who is not asked to win the game, just manage it and try not to make mistakes. At this point I can live with that. Because Trent won a superbowl.
  8. Reed. Easily. I have always been unimpressed by Moulds play. He's good but not as good as many make him out to be. But I really like Moulds, I just don't think he's that great.
  9. Nope. Murphy's law. I'm going to the game. It means Rain.
  10. cool, cool....I'll be there. Signed up. I'll be at the Northstar at 9 bells with an unquenchable thirst for beer. (it only took me 2 hours of looking to find this thread...doh!)
  11. another thread where I'm the only one posting! Anyways, I'll be at the Northstar and partaking in their tailgaiting activities.
  12. help me out...I'm a dumb Canadian...can't find it. And I did look, even did a search.
  13. ....to P-A-R-T-Y.
  14. Travis is good. And I want to see more out of Willis before I'm convinced he's the second coming. The kid is good. But I think Travis is pretty good too. But it looks like Willis can be something special.
  15. Look, I'm as excited as the rest of you. I'm flying downt to SF from Canada to watch the game on Boxing day. I'm exuberant that we're beating teams very handily when not playing perfect games. We're giving teams a good ass whoopin and our offense isn't playing that well. That said...what happens when we play a team that doesn't turn the ball over 3-5 times, there not starting a rookie QB, or a QB that is playing his first game of the season, with a new center, who fumbles the snap, throws directly to our receivers, we block a punt for a score. These are nice, but they can't be counted on as your bread and butter for scoring TD's. When we need our offence to move the ball effectively get first downs and keep the ball, then what happens. Let me try to put it another way. I'd be much happier if different aspects of the team were performing in different games. It seems to me we can count on our defence to win us a game, and special teams. But can we count on our offence to bail out our defence or special teams when they have a bad game? Can we score consistently if our team is not given a short field. I raise these questions, I'm sure that Bills management is also concerend about these issues. I'm sure of all the things that concern them, it's the offense's ability to move the ball. The only thing that does alleviate some of my concerns was that maybe we were playing a low risk offence that was just taking what was given. But really, I thought we should have hung up 50 points on these guys considering the other units gave us 14 points and we had good field position all day long and ended up kicking alot of field goals.
  16. I mean, we're getting an unrealistic number of turnover per game. This won't continue for ever. What happens when a team actually shows up to play. I was really hoping that Cinncy would bring their A game to really see how we stack up. But I thought they made far too many big mistakes and really gave us the game. I thought we really could have beat them by alot more, but we kicked alot of field goals. Next week, we should win convincingly. I guess if the Steelers have anything to play for, that will be the true test. And I don't think the steelers will give us that game, then we can see how good we are. I still feel that our offense is just not where it needs to be to play with the big boys yet. But we're on the cusp. I'd also be interested in knowing what our 3rd down conversion rate was. I bet it was pretty low. But like many of you will say, we won and that's all the counts. But to me, winning against quality opposition counts. Not beating teams that fold over. Cinncy was a good team coming into this game, but they played very bad, especially Kitna, last year's Bills could have won this game.
  17. US Money??? exchange rate is 1.24 The Canadian dollar is steadily gaining on the US. Our economic growth is out pacing the US. Scrap the NHL. New Canadian League with select Northern US cities. New cap structure. If they players want big money, go make their own league. As fans, I want the game back, I could care less how much the players and owners make. And if guys like Lindros or anyone else doesn't like it, find a new occupation. It's a free world.
  18. Awesome Rudy....your my favourite poster btw.
  19. Who was that Dunkin kid...the Michael Vick of Div 11 Ball.
  20. Josh McCown started at quarterback for the Cardinals at Buffalo in October, then Luke McCown started at quarterback for the Browns at Buffalo in December: their teams lost by a combined 75-21, while the McCowns were sacked a combined 11 times. I wonder is she has any more sons to send our way for a good ass whoopin'.
  21. Don't include your annual bonus, or profit sharing, etc. I'm just talking Christmas bonus!
