  1. Well, I think he's on point in that winners expect to win. I think it showed that we were nervous, and at the heart of it, didn't believe we'd win. I mean, look at us as fans. Many, if not most of us, were sitting at home wondering how we were going to muck this up with 5 minutes left and up 11? If Leodis didn't fumble, maybe Trent throws a pick or Freddie puts it on the ground. Who knows...but IMHO, you could feel how apprehensive Jauron and company were...
  2. http://sports.espn.go.com/nfl/columns/stor...&id=4478620 Sums it up nicely, I think: "If Brady and the Patriots have crafted for themselves an aura of confidence, transforming gnawing, admirable persistence into a culture, the Bills have managed something quite the opposite: a suffocating pathology from an organization-wide dynamic of playing losing football by making losing decisions."
  3. After the Dallas loss 2 years ago, it took me a full 4 days because I knew we sucked bad..that that was our only chance to win anything worthwhile that year. Today, about half the day at work I was miserable....but now I am feeling better. We played pretty good. Freddie looked awesome. And hoepfully the o line will improve. My hate for DJ managed teams probably can't get any bigger though. If it's not one thing, it's another. 3 MNF horrible losses 3 years in a row. THis time our offense was ok. But the D wilted at the end, Fewell gave Brady the same exact look twice, and Brady took advantage. And we all know about special teams. McKelvin fumbled twice. Why wasn't McGee out there to make sure there was no fumble? Who knows. Second guessing at this point. I will say, I swallowed the vomit in my mouth and watched the DJ post game conference. He looked pretty gutted. Almost emotional. Like he was on the verge of, well, I won't say tears....but emotion. However, until DJ PROVES his teams can win against winning teams, I am unsold.
  4. So, at which point do we, as fans, say "enough is enough"? If you want to keep eating the crap this franchise is doling out then fine, do that. But don't expect me to be a Pollyanna for a team that has delivered suck more than anyone in the last 10 years. I guess you like that job, though. For me, this was the Dallas game all over again. Finding a way to lose. You must be a fan of that, I guess.
  5. It's a good thing we're not the Bogotá Bills, otherwise someone would shoot McKelvin when he gets back into town.
  6. That's even more of a disgrace than the loss. Never thought I'd say that....
  7. So, when does it become Jauron's fault? Is it never his fault? After all, he's the guy in charge. He was in charge of the Dallas game. The Cleveand game. This game. It all starts at the freakin' top. Parcells comes into Miami and everything turns around in 1 year. No, it's not Jauron's fault. He's never to blame.
  8. Was that top of mind when you had the epiphany to start this site? LOL
  9. I thought that's what we moved him to Free Safety for?
  10. Since the game came on at 4PM out here, I stayed and watched it at work. I probably shouldn't have sworn as much as I did,, but I whooped it up good on the Jackson TD screen. I <3 AVP. I still hate Dick Jauron, though. What an ineffectual ninny.
  11. Game. Set. Match. This thread is TRUTH.
  12. No, he just supervised the loss. Like he did against Dallas. Same old, same old.
  13. Was the Dallas game 2 years ago the wake up call this franchise needed? How about the Cleveland game last year. Dick Jauron is an expert at overseeing a team that knows how to snatch defeat from the jaws of victory. Mark my words, this won't be the first time we experience this pain this season. Don't get your hopes up. The Buffalo Bills are highly-trained, highly-paid fvuk-ups. Only the Bills could manage to lose that game.
  14. Jauron did it against Gaines 2 years ago. He'll probably do it against McKelvin too.
  15. Ok, but if it walks and talks like a duck....you know...
  16. How did you feel after the Dallas game 2 years ago?
  17. Sorry, but us "showing up" for the Dalas game 2 years ago didn't make a damn bit of difference for that season.
  18. No. Although I did adopt San Diego as my second favorite team last year because this kind of garbage, with this team, is inevitable. Especially with DJ as captain of the ship as it circles the drain.
  19. Anyone remember the Dallas game? How everyone said our team showed guts, etc, etc, ad nauseam? Well, that game didn't mean crap for that season and mark my words, this "almost" win won't mean crap either. This team is pathetic.
  20. May I remind everyone that our gutsy effort against Dallas didn't mean squat for that season. So please don't read into this too much. We are still bad.
  21. Did we just play Dallas?
  22. Nelson caught 3 TD's and went for 183 yards against the Patsies for me last night in Madden '10. Then again, Trent got injured in preseason so it was Jeff Garcia throwing those balls LOL
