He's a 4-3 tweener DE, but the highest rated 3-4 OLB according to some.

BTW, in case anyone forgot (like I did), both Jamon Meredith and Duke Robinson graded out as 2nd round pics and we had both of them on our roster last year (Meredith we got from Green Bay's practice squad IIRC).

I see what you're saying, but we actually drafted 2 good lineman last year. IF they go with Spiller or Clausen, I am pretty sure we draft and OL in round 2 or 3. And, if they draft Spiller, they may have an arrangement to trade Lynch to Seattle. WHo knows. We shall see. Call me silly, but I actually trust Nix and Gailey. In fact, I think Modrak (who used to be the only senior "football" guy in the room) paired with Nix is a pretty good combo. If they don't take an OL with the first pick, it means that they don't think they can get the value they want. I also won't be surprised to see us trade out of the #9 spot and take Jerry Hughes later in round 1. We shall know on Thursday.

Here's my tradedown scenario... Bills trade out of the #9 spot. With their late 1st round selection, they take Jerry Hughes...possibly the top-rated 3-4 OLB in the draft. And they grab him before the Jets do at #29.

I like Tim, but I thought some of the comments were interesting. In this article, Tim says the Bills have made some "prudent" front office moves. However, when Nix was hired, he commented on how the Bills didn't look outside the doors to OBD. Secondly, right after the Gaily hire he called Chan a "retread" coach, however now he calls him "perhaps not inspirational, but solid." Is Tim finding these guys likeable now?
