  1. So the OP sees no improvement in this offense between Gaily and Jauron??? Really??? I think I have someone new to add to my ignore list. Whoopie!!
  2. Bye-bye Aaron. It wasn't nice knowing you. Hopefully Eric Wood corners you in some dark alley and asks for Ralph's milk money back.
  3. Are you sure about that? It seems like Felton Huggins has been on the PS for 5 years.
  4. Points for an obtuse Star Trek IV reference. And how come dudes on message boards (us) know more than some dude who gets paid to report on sports? (i.e. Captain Checkdown). Oi.
  5. I am pretty sure you can't build a team overnight. THey also reportedly offered Clabo 7mil a year, when he ended up taking 5 from Atlanta. I am also confident that RT, RG, QB and probably another ILB will be addressed next year in the draft. Spending money does not equate to winning games. See Dan Snyder's Redskins. Also, there are other teams with similar cap numbers to us.
  6. The present Redskins are a complete mess. Owner is an asshat. Bills went to 4 Super Bowls way back when. Dolphins will be fine long term.
  7. I think the Bills want to see what Chandler gives us along with Pinalto (sp?) from UNC.
  8. I think when we see a guy like Mike Nolan take a defense from a 4-3 to a 3-4 and turn it around in one year, we see what a good coach can do. We saw what Gaily did with similar pieces that Jauron had...except he did something with them. In the words of Jim Mora Sr., "Edwards didn't do diddly-poo."
  9. Let me guess. Whitner was going to sign with Cincinnati. Gave Coach Sal the news. Then San Fran saw how little is was for, started shopping Taylor Mays and hopped on Donte.
  10. Is that true? Link? If so....OUCH.
  11. Don't know. Thought he was around 255ish. That's what it said on the training camp list. Maybe the Bills have a high reading scale with Dareus at 343 and Jasper at 394. http://www.buffalobills.com/team/roster.html
  12. I hadn't heard a sane explanation until Sal last night. Mentioned that this defense we run is a hybrid and they like guys that give them scheme diversity. Sal thought that moving Moats to ILB was a training camp move to give him reps there, so they can put him almost anywhere along the 4 LB spots (3 in the 4-3 alignment). At least, that's what I hope they're doing. And Andra Davis came in at 267. Holy crap that's big.
  13. Awww Yeah. And so it begins. W00T!
  14. That's the most positive thing Darin has written in years.
  15. Or the Bills fans who were taunting Trent during camp last year moved to Miami.
  16. Wait, where'd you get that from??? I love F. Jackson. My post was in reference to some of us who saw greatness in Jabari and FJ when Jauron thought they'd do better on the bench. And I might have to change my name to DAREUS MODE if he keeps pancaking 323 pound lineman.
  17. Where are you guys getting 390 from? Last time I checked, he was around 370 or so.
  18. Omar was interesting, but never produced on the field. I don't know who ever lauded the praises of Josh Stamer as an NFL caliber starter.
  19. Do we really need another troll at TBD? Or, is this just another handle for Skooby?
  20. Every time I see George Wilson, I think "That's one good-looking dude." Didn't know he was a model until yesterday, when I created a Bills-specific Twitter account and followed him.
  21. The same fans who liked Jabari Greer and Freddy Jackson like this guy. I am looking forward to seeing him in action during the preseason. And I agree, it would be dangerous to put this kid on the waiver wire. By himself, he's a 3-man wedge on special teams
  22. My optimism returned the day Dick Jauron left. You have to hire a coach who at least believes he's going to win. It was so bad under Jauron, I had to adopt a second team so I wouldn't go crazy (settled on the Chargers).
  23. Maybe they'll change their name to the Baltimore Bills.
