  1. Excellent analogy. So in your opinion, what quarterback would you take and why?
  2. Well I guess we'll just have to wait and see. We obviously know your stance on this subject.
  3. Well, I am standing by my statement that I think he is going to be an all pro in this league. It is just an observation after watching him in the Humanitarian bowl.
  4. Watched the end and although it was a nice comeback from 2-0 to make it 2-2, giving up that goal with 59.7 seconds left for an NHL level game was inexcusable. Alfredsson was wide open on that pass.
  5. That is more of a dream scenerio offensive line. I would really like it if we were to draft Iupoti even if it means getting him with the 9th pick overall.
  6. I really think that is Jauron's speciality area and he will succeed there. Our secondary this past season was good and Jauron used to be a secondary player himself. This could certainly work out for him and the Eagles.
  7. Bingo. I agree with that. I liked Ted Washington when we had him but Bruce was dominate.
  8. Well, we have options at this pick and I am not opposed to taking a qb, however the one guy besides Okung who is an excellent football player is Iupoti. If he can make the switch from left guard to left tackle, I am all for taking this as our first round pick. I really think he is going to be an all pro for a lot of his career in the NFL.
  9. It is a difficult call, no question. You could make a case for any of them. Clearly though, on the defensive side it was Bruce Smith.
  10. Strength of character would be my guess. I think its a good move because he might be more intense because that memory does not leave you.
  11. Right now it is Dib
  12. If it were evident that Iupati could indeed make the switch from left guard to left tackle I would say that this would be a no-brainer. I think he is capable of being an all pro for many years. I would like this to be the pick (at least someone to strongly consider) if we did not pick up an offensive tackle in free agency.
  13. Watching Iupati, I really think he has a chance to be a pro bowler for many years, although I am fairly sure he is a guard. The game I saw him play Bowling Green, he dominated. That is the guy I would want in the 2nd round if we take a quarterback in the first round.
  14. bingo. If he is there at #9, sorry guys who disagree, but if the Bills like him, take him. He becomes our nose tackle (maybe not starting right away Stroud/Williams, but certainly in the future) on the 3-4 defense and can help improve our run defense on the inside instantly.
  15. In Favre's defense, having 12 men in the huddle for a five yeard penalty really hurt at that particular time the play right before. I thought that was uncalled for. It looked as if the Vikings could have had a realistic chance of about a 51 yard field goal because of the dome factor.
  16. I agree, have to give the guy a chance. It could be a lot worse meaning the Bills are still in Buffalo.
  17. There is nothing wrong being optimistic about next year. Looking forward to see who our offensive and defensive coordinators are going to be as well as the strength and conditioning coach.
  18. Disagree. I think that we are waiting to interview Jason Garrett from Dallas and I am all for that.
  19. Wow that was special to watch.
  20. Giving up is not the answer. It could be a lot worse meaning the Buffalo Bills are still in Buffalo. I agree it has been painful at times this past decade but we have no where to go but up.
  21. Bengals 20 Jets 17 Eagles 27 Cowboys 24 Pats 27 Ravens 16 Cardinals 31 Packers 24
  22. It would be a good start to finding a successful coach. Even if it is for one year, I still like the idea.
  23. R. Rich, if you need a trustworthy partner, I could help, because I really like this idea.
  24. I'll fourth that. If you can get a Patrick Willis type of linebacker at this stage in the draft, I am all for it. If we go with Bradford, that is risky and my suggestion is to go out and sign some offensive lineman in free agency, definitely a solid left tackle. Bradford has the makings of a very good quarterback in the NFL, but obviously has gotten hurt a lot in college.
