  1. Although I don't remember the theme song I always watched Rocketship 7 and Commander Tom. It was funny that the show lasted till 1978, I can't remember when I started getting too old for it. I remember the call in game where the lucky caller had to pick a planet, behind the planet was the prize for the caller. As I recall, most of the prizes were lame gift certificates but every once in a while there would be a bike or cool prize. Once I remember a girl got to be the lucky caller, she picked her planet and got a boys gift,(like a race set or something), Captain Dave was trying to ask if she had a brother or something, and she hung up. On sick days I would get to stay home and watch Nolan Johanes on "Dialing for Dollars", also a classic!
  2. Love it

  5. Yes, but after she felt it, and then he goes to take a drink, he could poke his eye out....
  6. Keep him at arms length? "Armed and Dangerous" Arm wrestling with the guy has got to be distracting
  7. Maybe the Bills could sign him, after all we haven't had a RB with a good stiff arm since Marshawn Lynch was traded

  10. Edgardo Toucet taking the phrase "worked his balls off" to a new level
  11. The evidence will fail to stand up in court
  12. Isn't your presence here an example of this?
  13. It has been the consensus of the people that spend inordinate amounts of time with the poster above and his wife that the child shall be named "Pino Grigio" after the fertility drug used to conceive.
  14. I wouldn't boot her
  15. Something is wrong with my pen...... What a frikkin D-bag to try something like this.
  16. There are three games in Florida, I also have a wedding on the East caost of Florida in mid November, that may be an interesting side trip if the schedule makers help me out.
  17. But a woman on a stripper pole is not earth shattering for the crotchety old men here,
  18. Charged with "Gross lewdness" Yep, that about sums it up
  19. In High School and College I worked summers in a large graveyard on Tonawanda. As I wandered around doing the lawncare and other jobs, it always struck me how some spouses would have the death so close together. It was very common, especially for the ones that had been married 40+ years. Sometimes though, you would see the headstones "set up" (the first decedent birth and death dates, the seconds birth date) and the date had not yet been filled in. Sometimes I would wonder if there really is a 113 year old woman living around here, or did she get remarried and this poor guy spends eternity waiting for her....
  20. I remember when he started coaching here. I read that they were having him do meetings in local bars and sports nights to introduce him and he was really passionate about making the Sabres relevant again, I admired his passion when doing a grass roots meet and greet with the fans to get everyone onboard. The years have worn him down, watching the last few post game interviews have been like watching a doctor after a botched surgery, deflated, depressed and dejected. I wish him well, and I am sure he will install his system in a new team and there will be success for that organization. Good luck Lindy
  21. Yes, and 5 years later, look at her....
  22. Wow, does that mean you will be riding a bike from now on?
  23. She must have to work weeks to scrape together that 500 dollar bail amount
  24. I was a Junior in high school, I remember our 66 Mustang was left near the skyway by my brother, who could not get any further. Watching tv I swear we saw it get upended when they showed the huge National Guard plows going through the area. I remember having the week or two off and no stores were open at all. We were all going crazy with nothing to do except shovel or watch TV.
