  1. A few that dropped off that I miss: Bill from Livonia, just kind of dropped off the radar, Bob Lamb, moved away and joined the circus or something Lori, still miss her insight AIO, just a lurker now There are probably a bunch more that I am missing, those were right off the top of my head.
  2. While we do not condone the actions taken on other message boards, as per the current political climate we live in, we cannot just allow these MB immigrants to stream over our border without proper vetting. In this case Extreme Vetting of MB immigrants is in order Specifically those immigrants from boards that are known to have been influenced and moderated by OBD. Let's make TBD great again!
  3. And yet we still enjoy your posts...
  4. Is that daily intake from Wed-Sunday or overall between Wed-Sunday?
  5. A beautiful eulogy Mark, I can only imagine the sorrow you must be going through, but it helps to reflect on what a wonderful son you have watching over you now. I am sure that his presence will be felt each and every day going forward, whether it is the sound of a sneaker squeak on the hardwood floor, or a smirk that your wife or daughter has that Danny had. He will be around you and poke through to remind you that he is still around. Embrace these signs as his way of watching over you, he will forever be in your heart.
  6. Tom, can you set up the memorial in Danny's' name, I think they need someone to create the memorial first.
  7. So sorry to hear the news, I still have a pic of you two at the 1st tailgate, As you said, they don't want to be where they are and as a parent, we can give as much support and love, but the demons are strong. God bless you and your family and hopefully Danny is in peace.
  8. That train has been delayed to allow them to add more cars after the draft
  9. It was in the middle of the article "Then a tip came to the district in March saying her film name was Robyn Foster"
  10. Your Host, we used to have 2 of them in Kenmore, loved those places, even when I was working at one for a few months in high school.
  11. I was a sophomore at St. Joes. We lived in Kenmore, right off Delaware Ave. I remember getting home and watching the snow just continue coming down for what seemed like forever. My Dad made it home from downtown in the late afternoon. My brother had been driving our 1966 mustang and abandoned it just off the skyway. Somehow he made it home, but we never saw the car again. After a day or two of being cramped in the house we went to a Presbyterian church next to my friends house with a fire escape outside, we took turns jumping off it into the snow until we packed it down. At some point about 2-3 days into it, the guy that was the facilities manager for my Dads building said he was going downtown to check out the building and asked my dad if I wanted to go. I was so bored I was ready to go anywhere, so this little old guy (Arnold Dahl) drove his rear wheel drive Cadillac from Kenmore to the Holling Press building on Washington street downtown. It was something to see, this 80 something year old guy slalom down Delaware avenue in a gold caddy, through the "S" turns at the park and right into the downtown area. I know I helped him shovel a bit, he checked the boilers and the water and we headed back. The rest of the storm we just watched as national guards drove down Delaware on their way downtown. I was actually relieved when school started after a 2 week break. These days, my kids still have no idea what that kind of snow looks like.
  12. Not far from where I live, she is cute, I will give her that....
  13. Every game is a road game for me, so each one is a flight, car rental, seasons, hotel, dinners/drinks, tailgating, 10 years? I would estimate around 25K
  14. Clearly this woman is a keeper!
  15. Whenever we go somewhere, (Mall, Groceries, Home Depot) she will always insist that I lock the car because she leaves her pocketbook inside. I don't know why she brings it if she isn't planning on taking it into the store, I assume she just wants to let it get out of the house and go see the sights. But then as we get out of the car, I am trained to "LOCK THE DOORS", the problem is, after I pull into the space, I actually get out of the car and walk to the store, my lovely wife on the other hand, now chooses to linger in the car, checking her makeup, or saying goodbye to the radio, maybe checking for spare change in the seat cushions, God knows what she is doing, but the result is I cannot LOCK THE DOORS when she has the door open (some safety feature). I just don't get why it takes 3 minutes to exit a car. She knows we are going to leave the vehicle once we pull into the parking lot, maybe thats the point she can gather her stray cushion change, root through her abandoned pocketbook for that stale piece of gum, say goodbye to the radio, whatever she needs to do, just get going so we can get into the store and get out.
  16. Last show is 3 miles from my house, I think I have to go, sad to see the end of the era.
  17. Wrong! That arm is still in place, and would make plenty of noise
  18. I mean it
  19. Is it Windows 10? My wifes crashed and now goes into hibernation and could not come out of that state. We tried to reboot and new startup and it gives an error saying there is a damaged disk. We took it in and the tech guy said they are having a lot of that with Windows 10 update that was the last thing loaded. It apparently finds one fault in the disk, and instead of just using a different part or moving on, it stops and goes into stall mode. He said in previous versions and patches, the error would be ignored and life would go on. Our option is to get a new disk, new OS, and start from scratch. At least the tech guy saved off our files.
  20. What was the question?
  21. Laxatives?
  22. I got a text yesterday from a friend of mine who is a family member saying Bruce was in hospice and probably in his last few hours. Prayers to the DeHaven family.
